Un lieux magnifique en face du château de Saumur le service est impeccable petit déjeuner au top et la réceptionniste était vraiment très agréable et toujours là pour nous autant pour les services a l'hôtel que pour nous guider sur les lieux a visiter c'était en tout point parfait. Merci beaucoup pour notre semaine qui fut des plus agréables.

Belle expérience. Personnel d'accueil que ce soit le matin ou l'après midi adorable. Chambre très confortable avec une vue imprenable et surprenante sur la chateau. Salle de bain en contrebas de la chambre avec baignoire jaccuzi ultra moderne. Accès jaccuzi avec vue sur le chateau. Proximité avec le centre très avantageuse. Place de parking gratuite à proximité.

Très bel hôtel avec un style « château », les chambres sont modernes et confortables. Très bien situé avec vue sur la Loire et le Château de Saumur.
Petit plus pour l’espace spa qui peut être privatisé pendant 40min

Hôtel très bien placé dans un bâtiment historique. Le petit déjeuner était varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres classiques sont agréables vu sur la Loire. Un charmant spa, vue sur le château.

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. Service de haut niveau et chambre impeccable ! Intérieur extraordinaire. Vue magnifique. Par contre, je déconseille le petit déjeuner (pains et viennoiseries quelconques... capsules Nespresso...) A noter aussi des problèmes de réception TV.

J'adore cet hôtel. C'est une pépite. En revanche maintenant il faut se connecter avec le téléphone pour avoir accès à la tv...je trouve ça plus-que nul, si pas de batterie ou pas doué en connections bah pas de tv et personne ne t'explique à l'accueil.
A par cela je kiffe toujours autant cet hôtel mais le désagrément est quand même pas mal quand on souhaite se poser sur un lit et profiter de sa soirée vu le tarif de l'hôtel.
Le tarif du petit déjeuner et aussi chère qu'un repas de midi, plus de 16euros pour le choix qu'il y a cela fait beaucoup.

Nous avions pris la chambre de 26 M2 , nous y étions bien ! La literie est royale ! Nous y avons été super bien accueillis avec notre chien !
Confort , pas de bruit , pas de lumière , une nuit extra !

Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour ! Un régal , frais (nous pouvons même pressé notre jus d'orange !)

Vraiment un lieu que nous recommandons !

Le cadre est magnifique, au pied de la Loire et du château , à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique. La cour aussi de l'hôtel est bien sympathique !

Prachtig hotel met hele vriendelijke receptie. Geniet van alle authentieke details in gangen, vertrekken en natuurlijk de kamers zelf. Wij hebben genoten en komen bij gelegenheid zéker terug. Aanrader.

Magnifique hôtel qui peut avoir plein d'histoires à raconter.... Son magnifique escalier central...
Nous avions une chambre un peu atypique avec vue sur le château.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et le personnel souriant.
Il est relativement aisé de se garer dans la rue. L'hôtel est proche du centre ville à pieds.

Hotel molto bello con vista eccezionale sul castello (con supplemento se si vuole la stanza con vista castello), camera molto comoda, bagno grande ed una bella piscina con acqua riscaldata a 27 gradi tutto l 'anno. Ottima anche la colazione. Simpaticissimo il receptionist Arnaud che parlava un buon italiano e ci ha dato tante informazioni. Una splendida scoperta.

Grande chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bonne climatisation individuelle réglable à volonte.. Extrême gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. Beau cadre et belle vue sur le château depuis la cour intérieure de l'hotel. Très bonne étape. Nous y retournerons lors d'un orochain séjour à Saumur.

Hôtel, classé monument historique magnifique ,juste sur la Loire .Un personnel d'une extrême gentillesse ,à l'écoute de ses clients .Quoique que vous souhaitiez ,ils vous feront tout pour vous satisfaire .Seul petit bémol, il y a peu de places pour se garer , et le parking privé de 'hotel est un peu petit .

We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel in August 2023 and loved our time there.

The location is excellent and it is an easy and short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is a lovely converted period historic building in a lovely setting with gardens and a small pool.

We particularly liked our lovely, large and sumptuously decorated room that had a minibar and tea coffee making items and it also had a large modern bathroom with walk in shower.

We enjoyed use of the pool and having breakfast and evening cocktails in the lovely garden area.

I would highly recommend the Hotel Anne D’Anjou for anyone visiting the Loire Valley.

Un hôtel magnifique avec vue sur la Loire et sur le château

Lovely hotel in the heart of Saumur. Couldn't get the electric chargers to work without lots of effort. Lovely room and great service.

Stayed one night at the hotel. It is a kind of historical building so it has some old charm to it. It is right across from the river and around 5-7mins walk to the main area with restaurants and shops.

The staff are very nice and attentive. We got one of the back-facing rooms which have an incredible view of the castle up on the hill behind. The rooms are nicely appointed and have nice bathrooms, but I don't understand the choice of the rubber/foam type patterned tiling for the floors. It would be easy clean up but it totally throws the vibe off, they really should have wooden or carpeted floors to feel nicer.

The breakfast is great and the dinning area is very nice. There is a very pretty outside terrace in the back for having a drink from the bar or just sitting around.

Our main issue came to the package we got which included massage, sauna and jaccuzzi. The massage was nice (a little soft for my wife though) and sauna was nice and clean. The jaccuzzi was a bit of an issue because firstly it is not enclosed in any way, it is open air, right next to the pool so there is no privacy (not romantic). Secondly, you are supposed to book and pay for it, but that is not well indicated to people at the pool, there is just a small easy to miss sign stuck to a pole. So we had the awkward situation where we were booked to use the jaccuzzi at a certain time and when we got there a woman and her 2 small children were in there and we had to tell them that actually we had booked it. She hadn't realized this of course and they kindly got out, but then we were in the jaccuzzi with all the guests at the pool glaring at us for presumably kicking a woman and her little kids out of the jaccuzzi. So I think really this setup doesn't work very well. It would be much better if the enclosed the jaccuzzi somehow or just not bother with the private booking thing.

Another small issue was, it was a hot day, so we left the windows open during the day. Later we closed the windows, turned on the aircon and went out for dinner. When we came back there were a lot of little mosquitoes or flies in one ceiling corner near a light above the desk where the drinks and such are. I went down and got insect spray to kill them. The lady at the desk seemed to be aware of this issue. It is probably a seasonal issue, not really sure how to solve it other than leaving the windows closed (maybe staff can forewarn about that). But then you can't experience the whole view as well, so it is tough.

Overall nice experience though, just a few details that could be worked on.

What a great place, stunning courtyard views, good continental breakfast, high quality rooms with big comfy beds. Add on charges for use of the sauna/jacuzzi, onside parking ect just fyi. Really nice place with helpful and friendly staff.

Gute Lage, ist nicht auf dem Niveau der Bilder im Internet, aber ganz ok. Zimmer super klein. Frühstück ok für den Preis. Historisch und gut eingerichtet in den öffentlichen Räumen. Pool viel zu klein, wurde super Fotografiert????laute Strasse! Knappe 4 Sterne und weit weg von Spa, sehr netter Empfang????
