Went here for dinner and absolutely loved it. Beautiful interior and decor, the sand on the floor is a very novel touch. Service was speedy, food was great and the staff speak good english which is always a rare plus.

Assiette vide, jolie vue. Mais hors de prix. Franchement, j’avais 3 ravioles dans l’assiette, noyées dans de la sauce.nous sommes allés termine notre repas dans un autre restaurant.

Tout est parfait, l'ambiance, la déco originale, les serveurs souriants et agréables, les assiettes copieuses et délicieuses et la profiteroles géante divine, sans compter la vue! Un restaurant exceptionnel.

Un desastre la atención del personal. Extremadamente irrespetuosa. Como no hablo francés (soy Argentina- hablo español) intente comunicarme en inglés (a pedido de la camarera). Como tampoco entendía inglés intenté darme a entender con señas a lo cual me respondió que no le hablé de ese modo, que ella entendía inglés (todo por hacerle una seña) ???? Por supuesto me fui al segundo, ya que no me había ni sentado por lo que me imagine cómo sería la atención posterior. Vi la carta y los precios me parecieron muy caros. No lo recomiendo. Solo linda la vista, para lo cual no necesitas sentarte aquí y pagar

**Google Maps location is incorrect - walk towards the beach and you’ll see their sign.**

We a had a perfect table inside next to the open windows overlooking the beach. The sand throughout the restaurant is a wonderful touch, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Our server Laura was exceptional - happy, helpful and professional. The food was fantastic - fresh and clearly cared about. The photos in other reviews are accurate. Well priced and worth it.

We went to this restaurant's terrace for lunch, but nobody welcomed us on the reception. So, we found an empty table with a nice view of the sea and sat down. There were hardly any other customers around. After a few minutes, a very unfriendly guy came over without even saying hello and asked us what we were doing there and if we had a reservation. When we said no, he rudely told us we couldn't sit at that table pointing to another one inside the restaurant

Honestly, no matter what their seating policy is, it's just not okay for the staff to treat us like that. So, we left the place, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places nearby with great views and much friendlier service.

La petite plage de Biarritz se trouve sur la gauche de la grande plage une fois dépassé le rocher de la vierge, plage plus intime toutefois il y a u bar restaurant qui surplombe et peut gêner avec sa musique. A marée basse quelques piscines naturelles pour les enfants.

Venue hier soir de passage dans le coin. Accueil qui laisse à désirer. Une hôtesse avec son téléphone avant de se rendre compte que nous étions devant elle. Souriante mais pas professionnelle.
Nous demandons l'extérieur mais pas de place, nous avons finis à l'intérieur.
Serveuse très sympathique, naturel et assez rigolote. (Nancy)
Nous avons apprécié le moment avec elle.
La cuisine vraiment bonne. Juste la garniture à 6 euros pour un mini bol c'est pas assez.
Le cadre est magnifique je recommande malgré quelques petits point à améliorer.

Le cadre est magnifique, la nourriture est très bonne. Notre serveuse Nancy était très agréable. Dommage que le gérant règle ses comptes devant les clients ceci n'est pas très professionnel.

Petit coup de cœur pour ce restaurant à la vue splendide sur le rocher de la vierge ! Une adresse à faire sur Biarritz !

We visited this restaurant for lunch as a group of five friends. When we approached the restaurant, our first question was about AC given the temperature outside, 32 C. We received a positive response and happily entered the place. Above a few tables we noticed big fans, and it felt fine in these areas. But we were demanded to take just one specific table ("because this is the only one for five") next to the bar with no fans above it. A few minutes later I literally started suffocating, as I have a health condition which doesn't allow me to be in a hot space. But fortunately, as we thought, we noticed a couple of big AC units above the bar and asked the manager to start them. Here comes the "best part" of our experience in this place. The manager said, No. We asked, why, and he, in a very rude way, said that "he was not prepared to spend money on electricity just because of us". No reasons that "just we" are customers helped, and no AC was ever switched. The manager was not only rude but also loud, so at least half of his very young staff heard it all. Until we finished the meal, he never apologized, never offered to move us to another table with the fan although it remained vacant during 80 minutes that we spent there. In my long enough life I have never been treated like this in a public place which is supposed to provide service. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would ask the administration of the restaurant to respond to this accordingly.

To be fair, our waitress Nancy was polite and efficient enough, and it felt she was embarassed with what was happening but of course, she never said anything ... against the boss. What a shame to have such a manager.

The food was tasty and well cooked. The only problem was a very long waiitng time betweek the starters and the main course. The drinks were also nicely done. But our mood was spoiled for the rest of the day...

Uniquement pour la vue et la décoration du restaurant … les plats enfants sont bons mais chers. Burger en suggestion très sympa, salade Cesar bof ( pas de parmesan, pas d’œufs..). Le service est aléatoire, long , des erreurs dans la commande, jamais la même personne qui vient vous servir, on entends les briefs du personnel pendant le service : « ça serait plus simple avec un plan de table ».. un serveur est passé près de nous plusieurs fois avec des verres, ne savait pas pour quelle table. On ne nous a pas proposé de boissons en mangeant, dommage on aurait bien pris un peu de vin … en même temps l’addition était suffisamment salée… pourquoi pas mais venir en tout début de service !

La nourriture est plutôt bonne mais le service est déplorable. Personnel peu raffiné et peu élégant (pour un restaurant qui se revendique “chic”).
La serveuse qui s’est occupé de nous a été très peu chaleureuse avec nous- pas un sourire et qui s’est vexée lorsque nous avons exprimé notre avis sur le restaurant. Certes, la décoration et la situation géographique sont exceptionnelles mais cela ne fait pas tout.
