Hôtel bien situé, proche tout commerce, restaurant, bowling, cinéma, possibilité de commander une pizza sur place et livraison en chambre, literie de bonne qualité, chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel sympathique et disponible.

Just about perfect. Location, cleanliness, security and parking. Over the road is Crocodile Restaurant, cannot recommend it enough.

We always stay here when we need a room in Calais. An injury in the family led us to need to change the rooms.

Despite our reservation being of the no change variety Amanda at the front desk made the change and replied to my email within moments.

La réceptionniste était très aimable et serviable. Malheureusement, les couvre-lits sentaient mauvais. Les toilettes sentaient également très désagréablement et la chambre était mal nettoyée. Le petit-déjeuner était plutôt simple.

Great location, easy parking, great staff. However the hotel is tired and in need of upgrading. It is nowhere near what one would expect from a 4* hotel. I was fortunate to get it for the same price as a "normal" B&B. (no idea why) It is not worth the advertised price.

L’hôtel se trouve juste à cote des terminaux (moins de 10 minutes en voiture). Je suis arrivé juste avant minuit mais l’accueil était chaleureux et les installations de la chambre me permettais de bien dormir avant de continuer mon voyage outre-Manche. Seul bémol - je ne pouvais pas faire fonctionner le système de climatisation mais probablement à cause de la fatigue. De toute façon je me suis bien dormi grâce au comfort du lit.

Welcome at reception very good and informative. There was a breakfast area and bar but the restaurant was at the Sister Hotel next door.

First, the good points: excellent location for LeShuttle and/or Cite Europe, friendly staff, good car park with plenty of room (love the fact that the police park their vans and cars there, and use the hotel, nice one)||Cite Europe and some restaurants (some inside the shopping centre, some outside) are only a few minutes walk, so really good for that||Room was acceptably clean, thanks||Breakfast was fine, sufficient choice and acceptable quality||Bad points: the air-con is apparently wired weirdly, when I reported the non-working air-con, the staff member showed that, paradoxically, you need to **increase** the thermostat setting to turn the air-con on, so no real control over the actual temperature, and of course the hotel is ex-Accor group so the air-con can only cool the room a degree or so, nowhere near cool enough for my taste. Bed is very hard, needed to use one half of the quilt as a mattress topper....||Overall, considering the price, it's an OK hotel for a stopover

Convenient for Le Shuttle. We have stayed here several times, the rooms are good and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a small bar and restaurant area where a decent breakfast is served.

An earlier stop than usual en route to the Alps due to timings. We had stayed here 10 years ago under a different hotel brand and had low expectations but just wanted a clean room and sleep! However we have been so impressed with this room - we are with our large dog and in a triple room (he is on his dog bed!). The room is everything you would want from an overnight stop - spotless, roomy, large bathroom (with bath & shower), coffee machine, kettle, fridge with small water, plenty of towels, nice soap, table & chairs, charging points etc and all this for a very reasonable cost and a friendly welcome. We have not sampled breakfast this time but will be back.

Prima hotel. Voor een relatief laag bedrag een grote kamer. Goede plek voor naar de eurotunnel. Ontbijt was slecht.

We stayed in both hotel 3 and 4 on two separate occasions. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect, with secure parking. I would definitely recommend both hotels. There is a restaurant in hotel 3, the food was delicious ????.

For a family stay late at night we had no issues with this hotel. Very practical, great welcome at 0200 and the room did everything as advertised. Its not luxurious however allowed for a family of 4 to sleep and get god rest.

Our triple room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows. A compact kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, little sink) with table and chairs means that you have plenty of space to eat in the room if you prefer. Delightful room designed to resemble a cabin in a boat. Highly recommended for a stay close to the Eurotunnel and the Cité Europe shopping centre. Easy to walk to restaurants for dinner.
