Started construction / renovation within the hotel at 7.30am. Hammer drills, hammers and excessive noise. Not a peaceful or quiet hotel and not recommended.

Called reception twice yet the construction still continued. Staff are very friendly, real shame about the construction.

This hotel carpark is located far away from the hotel. No clear sign to find the hotel entrance. The staffs are good but the hotel itself is a big problem. It is next to train tracks and loud trains crossings can easily be heard. The noise blocking is not working or maybe don’t have. The rooms are very old. If you like old furnitures and loud trains, you are welcome to this hotel.

A clean hotel with welcoming staff. Car park at the rear can be used for convenience but parking could be cheaper elsewhere.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and it better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was immaculate, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds, fluffy towels changed daily, and an excellent breakfast. Secure underground parking too - free of charge for motorcycles. Highly recommended.

For what the hotel is it is perfectly good.
Rooms surprisingly nice with the only issues being slightly faulty air con.
Rest of the hotel is quite nice with a bar and good breakfast.

Dry courteous and helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast included in the booking. Right across from the train station and an easy walk to the main square.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé sur Arras et à deux pas de la gare.
Chambre propre.

Fijn hotel voor een enkele overnachting. De kamers zijn echter klein en zelfs eind april al erg warm en de airco kregen we niet fatsoenlijk aan de praat. Ontbijt was wel gewoon prima, met voldoende keus en alles werd goed aangevuld. Wij hebben een goede nacht gehad maar als je langer wil verblijven zou ik een ander hotel aanraden. Prijs/kwaliteit is wel in orde.

Excellent all around. Although there's no evening dining he can't get snacks at the bar.

Rooms have a large screen TV that you can Chromecast your phone/tablet onto the TV. Very modern.

It's clean. Close to the train station and the main square.
Breakfast is self serve with a wide variety of items. Didn't try the bacon, ham, eggs. Coffee is delicious; same for the room coffee.
The front desk is very helpful. A train strike on our travel day to Bruges, Belgium did happen. The front desk got us a taxi. We detoured to the Ring of Remembrance, then continued to Bruges.
We beat the scheduled three train changes for arrival. All it took was a fair amount of Euros. Our taxi driver was safe and informative along the way.

This is a really nice hotel with great rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious and on the fourth floor- I had an excellent view of the city. |Centrally located, it's in a safe area and in walking distance to all the amenities.|The staff were welcoming and friendly.|The petite déjeuner had a great selection and was of a great quality. |I'll definitely stay there the next time I am in Arras!

La experiencia fue estupenda: la habitación como reservamos y perfectamente adecuada a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno bastante completo. La ubicación es excelente además de tener 2 cargadores para coches eléctricos en el parking del hotel y lo mejor es el personal , muy competente, atento y amable. Incluso la bienvenida fue en español…Gracias Steve y muy agradecidos a todo el equipo por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Muy buena estancia: la ubicación es excelente, la habitación que reservamos se adaptaba perfectamente a los requisitos que solicitamos, Estaba súper limpia. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. En mi opinión faltaría una selección de panecillos y pequeños Croissants / bollos ( el tamaño era muy grande para mí aunque naturalmente se puede compartir). Solo como sugerencia!

El parking del hotel ofrece cargadores para coches eléctricos y el personal es muy competente, atento y amable. Incluso la bienvenida fue para mí sorpresa en español : Gracias Steve y naturalmente al resto del equipo.

Esperamos volver pronto para disfrutar de las muchas actividades que ofrece la zona :-))

Ordentliches Hotel, alles sauber, Frühstück ok, zu Fuß in die Stadt nur 5 Minuten, 1 Minute zum Bahnhof, Parkhaus direkt im Keller

Hôtel pratique et confortable, près de la gare et du centre ville de Arras afin de bien profiter une fois sur place, seul bémol la décoration semble daté mais ça n'enlève rien au confort, bon petit déjeuner assez garnit

We were met with a smile nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and had all required for a great stay. We used the bar in the evening for drinks and there was plenty of choice & was reasonably priced.
The hotel was very close to the centre of Arras and helpful to be able to park underneath the hotel.
Breakfast had a large choice and was all very fresh and 2 members of staff made sure all was kept tidy and fully stocked.
