Le personnel est très accueillant.
Seul petit bémol au niveau du service qui était un peu lent ce soir là.
Globalement une très bonne adresse.
Des produits de qualité, une présentation soignée, un service attentionné pour une dégustation en 6 temps.
Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce déjeuner.
Mention spéciale pour le chou fleur..quelle découverte ! Et les côtelettes d'agneau... Fondantes et goûteuses à souhait..

Food brought back memories of family and why food is such a joyful part of life with the care and craft going into the food evident.
Had the pigeon that night. Cauliflower was an artful dish. Rhubarb dessert was light and fruity. The mashed potatoes like dish possibly the best ever. The langoustine was perfectly salty and interesting.
From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive.
Every dish was a masterpiece, both visually stunning and bursting with flavor.
The tasting menu offered a perfect balance of creativity and tradition, with each course better than the last.
We made our reservation through TheFork, which didn’t allow us to indicate that we are vegetarian and vegan. Upon arrival, the server mentioned they could have prepared alternatives if they had known in advance, but the only suggestion offered was ravioli — not a balanced or thoughtful option, and lacking any plant-based protein. The courses we received were mostly just vegetables, with little variety or creativity.
Service felt impersonal. Although staff did ask how the food was, it seemed more like a formality — we didn’t feel there was genuine interest in our experience or feedback.
The overall comfort was also lacking: it was quite warm inside, the chairs were heavy and uncomfortable, and the table was cramped — making it difficult to get in and out or sit comfortably throughout the meal.
We were also charged €9 for a disappointing cup of tea, and there was no clear communication about extra charges for water or soda — which are often included in a set menu at restaurants of this caliber.
While a few dishes were pleasant, the overall experience felt lacking — in flavor, comfort, and hospitality. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the expectations or the price.
Mention particulière pour le chou en crème et en morceaux avec son huile et son sel de Vanille de Madagascar qui était délicieux. La qualité du service est par ailleurs à souligner : il est remarquable. L’étoile est amplement méritée !
Bien évidement la cuisine est bonne, mais classique et sans surprise. Mon mari ayant des restrictions alimentaires, ses plats étaient moins au niveau et les sauces manquaient de caractère

I reserved a table there online at the end of October 2024 for March 1, 2025, which was confirmed to me immediately by the restaurant.
In mid-January 2025, my reservation was canceled by the restaurant.
Something comparable has also happened to me on rare occasions at other gourmet restaurants in recent decades. These gourmet restaurants, which usually set very high standards for their service, among other things, were then in pains to explain why they unfortunately had to cancel the reservation and, for example, tried to offer an alternative date.
But not at Fleur de Pavé, where I received no explanation whatsoever for the cancellation, let alone an apology.
I probably have to consider myself lucky that I didn't receive the cancellation at even shorter notice.
When I checked the restaurant's website again in February 2025, I was able to find out why my reservation had been canceled: The restaurant was closed for vacation from February 23 to March 3, 2025.
Dear Fleur de Pavé team, I hope you had a nice vacation. Please don't worry about me in the slightest: I managed to get another table reservation for the evening in question in Paris.
I can also assure you that I will certainly never bother you with a table reservation again. After all, I would by no means want to get in the way of your last-minute vacation plans again.
Le différents plats sont très fins et recherchés, mais je recherche dans ce genre de restaurant de nouvelles saveurs. Chose que je n’ai pas retrouvé avec le poisson.

Bravo à l’équipe !
Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant pour un diner d’affaire, nous étions installés un peu à l’écart du centre du restaurant où la décoration était un peu moins raffinée, le service plus compliqué car moins d’espace pour servir et un peu bruyant avec beaucoup d’aller et venu et un espace de lavage à proximité.
Le service était donc un peu complexe, même s’il était bon. Je trouve qu’il manquait un peu la fameuse « histoire » qu’on attend d’un restaurant étoilé : les plats étaient présentés, les vins étaient présentés mais le lien entre les plats et le vin, l’histoire des plats et des ingrédients choisis était un peu manquant.
