Restaurante en Burdeos que ofrece mollejas, carnes a la parrilla y postres gourmet.

Este pequeño establecimiento, Atypico y original, se encuentra en una antigua panadería del barrio de Chartrons. Cuando pasamos por delante, nos preguntamos por la naturaleza del lugar. Sin embargo, es un restaurante concebido en una panadería que sigue siendo idéntica. Empujen la puerta y descubrirás una decoración bastante rústica, con el horno de madera al fondo de la sala. Aquí podrás degustar entradas tradicionales (arroz de ternera, vieiras), carnes asadas a la chimenea (entrecutas, costillas de buey, codornices rellenos) y postres golosos (con perfiles, pera Belle Helena, una vuelta al armagnac).

Had the most incredible meal at this 42 year old restaurant. Still run by husband and wife. The food was absolutely amazing, as were the service and ambiance.

One of the best examples of delicious authentic French cuisine. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by the wonderful husband and wife duo and the aromas of home cooked food. The set menu was excellent value for money with very generous portion sizes. It’s off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit for the vodka and sorbet dessert alone!

This was such a special find whilst we were in Bordeaux. The atmosphere was everything we wanted, so authentic. The service was exceptional.

The food was amazing, the starters were impeccable (including the snails). The mains were the weakest, but still fantastic (those chips were great!!) And the desserts were fantastic, especially the Colonel (lemon sorbet & vodka).

The best thing was the value, we had the set meal of €30 each for 2 courses. We added escargot and wine too.
