En este antiguo ché del siglo XVIII, instalarás en los comedores, cerca del mostrador, en altura alrededor de los barriles o en las grandes mesas para un momento de buena convivencia. La decoración es buena: bóvedas de piedra vista, iluminación sabiamente estudiada, cabezas de toros de metal y música pop-rock muy agradable. El concepto también es original: venir a elegir el trozo de carne directamente en el establo del carnicero entre una gran selección de carnes (ternera, buey, cordero pero también caballo y toro), precisar la cantidad después de la cocción y apreciar unos minutos más tarde, con un renombre generosa entre cinco opciones diferentes. ¡Los carnívoros estarán a los ángeles! No hay ninguna preocupación por los demás ya que la carta también propone tapas, ensaladas o anguila. En el vaso o en botella, la selección de vinos acompañará a su sabrosa carne o a las tapas. Las noches del partido, las pantallas platos garantizan el ambiente. Para no arruinarlo, el equipo es agradable y atento.

La viande est bonne mais par contre vendre des frites à la graisse de canard alors que ce n'en est pas c'est inadmissible, c'est un mensonge.
Étant un enfant du sud-ouest je peux dire quand s'en est, et ça n'en était pas (confirmé par le serveur du restaurant).
Je pense que l'établissement devrait réfléchir à ça plutôt que d'essayer d'arnaquer les gens qui n'ont pas l'habitude de ce genre de produit.

Me and my wife were here for dinner - 8pm in the evening and the pace was quite busy. We could see why as the evening progressed. If you are wanting somewhere quite intimate/private there is no point in coming here though as seating arrangements are on long benches we equally long tables. There is more than enough room though so don't let that put you off. As many have said it's a case of select your preferred meat at the butchers counter, which is then cut based on the size you want and then taken away to be cooked as you asked for. The waiter takes your order for sides, drinks etc. and your cut of meat is delivered along with the sides. Me and my wife both chose a fillet but cooked differently - take care before you tuck in as we'd been handed ours the wrong way round. It wasn't a massive inconvenience to check this out and swap though. The quality of the food is outstanding (including desserts) even though it's kept quite simple. The wine list is huge and it caters for every taste (and pocket)! I opted for a reasonable red that was excellent. We would have been more than happy to visit again but, given time and the sheer number of restaurants in Bordeaux didn't. If we return to Bordeaux I have no doubt we'll be back though.
Finally, my poor grasp of French and the staffs equally poor grasp of English wasn't a problem in the end. With a smile, pointing to the menu or the counter and an acceptance that as someone from the UK I really should make an effort to learn the local language all was fine. We all had a chuckle at my fairly feeble attempts at French. My tip would be just be polite and all is fine.
