We learnt about the history of Tattinger brothers, the Abbey, and the champagne process in their cellars.
Our tasting were back inside the champagne house where we got to taste two champagnes and one extra. They have so many champagnes that we dont have in Australia.
It was a very special experience to learn about their wines and the art but aslo knowing that their restaurant is opening soon which will have food paired with the champagne.
