Nice facility but clearly over-priced. Great staff. Very disappointing breakfast choices. Moving luggage is a real struggle as there is no elevator. Bathroom amenities are few.

Le 25 bis is an exceptional boutique guest house on the Avenue de Champagne in the centre of Épernay surround by some of the world’s best brands of Champagne. All the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and professional. We can’t thank them enough for their help. |After a 12 hour drive from the South of France it was a delight to arrive with everything so perfectly organised. The room (no.4) was enormous and every detail was thought about! 10/10 and breakfast included along with a small glass of champagne to finish our trip to France. We will definitely return Thanks again

Such an amazing experience with the best hostess Lauren. It was a luxury feel with a B&B setup. She made us feel so welcome. I can't wait to stay again.

My husband and I spent four nights at Le 25Bis in April 2025. It was perfect. Rooms were clean. Comfortable. The staff's service is impeccable. The morning breakfast is restaurant quality - absolutely five stars for a guest house.

Cristelle and team made our stay here exceptional with their warm hospitality, cheerful personalities and always making sure we had everything we needed. ||||Location, room and amenities were super and we couldn’t have asked for better.||||The breakfast spread was good and it was such a great kickstart to our mornings!||||If you’re here do not miss their tour; Antonella is knowledgeable, energetic and so much fun.||

Bezoek je Epernay, check dan vooral hier in. Twee nachten verbleven. Een fantastische locatie, lieve mensen, geweldige kamers en heerlijke en eerlijke champagne. Ook het ontbijt was geweldig. Het terras ligt zonnig voor de voorjaarszon, de bediening was kundig en vriendelijk.

I can not recommend this place enough. The staff are warm and welcoming, the space is gorgeous and inviting, and the wines are delicious! A quick walk into town or to the train station. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Everything was excellent save for our last night when the room above was also let to guests. Being an old building there is sound transfer between floors of both foot steps and muted conversations. That apart you coudn’t fault this delightful hotel within Epernay.

Perrine was an absolute delight! She made what was already the most wonderful stay just perfection. She took such great care of us for even the short time that we were there and made us want to come back soon! She was just lovely, the hotel made us feel so special in celebrating a very delayed anniversary trip and the room was just a total treat with finding a delicate balance between modern comforts and stepping into a historic room. Perfection!

We popped in for an unscheduled tasting at Le 25bis and we’re so glad we stumbled in. Very knowledgeable host served us our tasting and even gave us an extra pour from a high end open bottle he had in the fridge. We had no idea that the owners also own the gorgeous Royal Champagne hotel which we are also fans of. Would definitely visit again!

Delicious tasting at Leclerc Briant! We had a hard time choosing our favorites. A real standout was the Rosé de Saignée, a winter rosé. Looking forward to enjoying the bottle next to a fire while it’s snowing this winter. Conveniently located on the famous Avenue de Champagne, with the warm service of a family house!

This is one of the most refined boutique hotels I have visited in France. You will feel like you are straight out of a Balzac novel, albeit with all the contemporary comfort required by demanding dwellers. The interior design and welcome are second to none.
