Very very bad experience as our booking was cancelled upon arrival. The hotel was over booked and we had to move to another hotel after spending 3 hrs at the reception.

Prachtig resort, wij hadden een zalige kamer met alles wat je wensen kunt, het restaurant was prima, ontbijt ok, mooi strand en diverse zwembaden, eetgelegenheden en kinderalimentatie. We komen zeker terug

JA the Resort was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel location, gardens, marina, beach and pools were all an awesome experience. An ideal place for a staycation for UAE residents.

Very beautiful resort with small and big splash park and plenty of pools for the whole family. Very good food and friendly staff.

What a resort. Loved every bit of the stay. The service, location and food, were all fantastic. You dont feel you are in Dubai when you take an early morning walk in Palm tree court hotel. The sound of waterfalls, dancing peacocks and nature all around , transport you to a state of bliss. Highly recommended for both couples and families.

bad experience,
unpleasant stay during Eid , the staff has problems with their system. I booked a type of room and they tried hard to down grade me.

2 hours for check in

spending 25 mins waiting in que to get to dinner !!

staff not trying to contain u , only trying to proof that they are right.

I will not come back.

Sehr schönes Resort. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine grüne Oase in Dubai. Einziger "Wermutstropfen ist die Entfernung zur Stadt Dubai.Jedoch hat an täglich die Möglichkeit mit dem Shuffelbus des Hotels in Stadt zu fahren.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Great day out, kids loved it. So did me the big kid. Kids played crazy golf and played at the small waterpark. Also got to watch the football at the sports bar. Had lunch at the pool bar. We had dinner at the Captains restaurant. And now chilling later at night back in the sports bar. Recommended definitely.

المكان جميل وللاسف لم اجد ا احد يحدثني بالعربية
المكان منفتح وللاجانب ويعتبر جيد للاطفال حيث يوجد مناطق للعب الاطفال والسباحة
الاستقبال جيدين ومحترمين وتم الطلب منهم تعديل الغرفة وجعلها مطلة على البحر وتم الرفض بحجة عدم وجود غرف ولكن بعد الاطلاع اعتقد يوجد غرف ولكن لا يوجد تعاون من قبل الموظف
عالعموم تجربة جيده
والاسعار عالية
الذهاب للمالديف أرخص وفلة وليس غرفة
