Premesso che gli hotel Jumeirah sono tutti al top, questo in particolare mi fa sentire come una regina. Una qualità dell'accoglienza fuori dal normale, colazione con una quantità e varità e qualità di pietanze davvero significativa, piscine belle, direttamente sulla spiaggia, campi da tennis ed accesso diretto al water park (per la gioia dei bambini) vista sul Burj Al Arab e a 20 minuti dal centro. Accogliena e pulizia al top.
Personale gentilissimo ed educatissimo. Complimenti, davvero bravi!

Very BAD service lately , we’re here since 10 years.

we had bad experiences from first day we came

1/ The service 0/10 I’ve ordered water and a lot of things that i really needed they took a lot of time. so i have to call a lot of time to bring my things.

2/ They took a lot of time also for answering our call.

3/ We were in the breakfast area today and my husband had an accident, one of the staff dropped the plates on my husband’s leg and he got injured , and needed stitching , he went to the DR in jumeirah he didn’t find him twice.

Btw we are a VIP costumers in Jumeirah hotels, But i think this is the LAST time i will stay in jumeirah beach hotel.

Always love this hotel - one of the old and favorite one ????

Nous y avons séjourné deux fois.
Ideal pour une famille avec des enfants. Lorsque nous avons séjourné à l'hotel Jumeirah Beach, l'accès illimité au parc aquatique Wild Wady était inclus comme le petit déjeuner.
A propos du petit déjeuner, il est simplement fabuleux. Jamais je n'ai eu autant de choix y compris ... du lait de chamelle !
Très belle vue de notre chambre sur la piscine, la plage et le Burj Al-Arab.

We arrived at 4 am, so we asked if it was possible to get into our room earlier, she said that this was not possible, as they were fully booked. Strangly enough, we were offered to book a room for an additional 930€ and we were told we could stay in this room for the rest of the stay, so the former was obviously not true. Although I totally understand they don't want to give away free rooms, this seems dishonest to me.

We were not offered any welcome drink, the only thing they gave us were two packed wet towels. Be aware that checkin during the day seemed like a hustle, as they constantly had ppl waiting in front of the desk.
Rooms are clean and kind of modern. You can control everything from each side of your bed. I personally liked the bathroom a lot, but that might just be personal preference, yet there wasn't anything missing.

Breakfast was top notch, everything you could ask for, although I felt like the quality of fruits was lackluster. Besides that it was the best we have ever had and that's actually what made me give 4 stars.
Housekeeping and everyone we met was very friendly, except for the entrance ladies at tuska, they did barely made eye contact, accompanied us to a table right next to where the waiters would meet, so it was really noisy. They even shouted at each other over the top of our heads. When we left they were busy using their smartphones, so no good bye either. Food was absolutely sub par aswell.

Now the pool experience was not great at all, as most of the pool lounger had mold on it and when one of the service guys kindly moved them so we don't have to lay in direct sunlight, another one would come and move it back, as we were not allowed to do that apparently.

I guess the hotel is great for kids, not so much for ppl in their 30s, which is probably our own fault, as we could have booked some other hotel. Overall most of the staff made a big effort to be nice and kind, they way they welcomed us was not a good start tho. We also extended our stay for one day, prior to checkin, which resulted in an issue with keycards, as we had to change them at the lobby. Queues for breakfast are ridiculously long from 9.40 onwards, so better be there early as they close the buffet shortly after 11am.

Overall it is a nice hotel, yet we never felt like it was worth 5 stars in any regard, except for housekeeping.

Setting was restful & beautiful. Service around executive pool delayed at times which was enough to cause frustrations based on price paid & hotel comparison. Evening service, food & quality = excellent.

Cet hôtel est sublime à tout point. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et offres une jolie vue sur la mer et même parfois sur l'hôtel Burj Al Arab. L'équipement des chambres est très high Tech avec des rideaux, lumières automatiques. La salle de bain possède tout le nécessaire à toilette jusqu'aux sels de bain et bain de bouche.
Les buffets débordent de nourriture pour tous les goûts. Il y a plus de 4 salles avec différentes possibilités (Asiatique, végétariennes, viennoiseries...).
La plage est une magnifique plage de sable fin où vous pouvez vous y promener tout du long jusqu'au Jumeirah Madinat,autre hôtel de la même chaine.
