Gd Rooms and very good location, but the service toooo slow and bad On rooms dining l have ordered a food and I wait for 3 hours for pizza and chicken ceaser salad !! After 3 hours of waiting I reserved a wrong order ! I’am very disappointedwith this service ! Even I tried to reorder again the kitchen is closed !

Very nice staff! From the restaurant to the pool they are very helpful, they were very nice with the kids. I will come back again for the high qualité service. Special shout out to Ragaesh and Jiven for their kindness ????

The location of the hotel is pretty good, you have a direct entrance to Dubai mall. The rooms are very well decorated and the swimming pool with the Burj Khalifa view is amazing! Services are also pretty good Ragesh and Jevash are excellent life guards and very helpful!

Lovely Iftar night at Nai Restaurant; peaceful, relaxing ambiance and assisted by the beautiful team of Kamala, Stephanny, Laila and Kishore and accommodates very well. Food was great, variety of choices! Thank you.

The worst experience i have ever tried in dubai, very bad unwelcoming stuff, the guy whose name Sunday was looking at me in a bad way, when you go there you will feel you are begging them to respect you! I don’t recommend it to anyone, i used to go to Addresses hotel but this one is the worst.

Recently enjoyed a delightful Iftar experience at NAI, where the staff, particularly Ms. Stephanny and Laxmi, exuded warmth and hospitality. The extensive Iftar spread was impressive, and the outdoor terrace provided an ideal setting for post-Iftar relaxation over coffee. Multiple live stations available & oud player????????
