I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel, thanks especially to the fantastic lobby atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by Irene. From the moment I entered, Irene was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was handled with utmost care and efficiency. Her attention to detail and warm, professional demeanor made a significant impact on the quality of my stay. The lobby itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental! I really loved all the amenities, especially the pool and beach area, which are private. If you want to have a relaxing holiday with excellent service, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved my stay at MO in Dubai! The service was top-notch, and the views were absolutely stunning. It felt like a dream to relax by the ocean and enjoy all the amazing amenities.

We just stayed there for a afternoon at the beach. The location and the service was stunning and also the food at the beach was very nice. We ordered a fruit place and it was quite big.

Great stay as always. We only stayed the weekend, but could rewind fully. The team is superb and the product amazing. Rooms spacious, restaurants trendy and delicious and pool/beach area phenomenally relaxing.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend sahur at Majlis I was really excited about the experience because mandarin oriental is known for its top-quality offerings. However, I was deeply disappointed when my order arrived super cold and had to be sent back to be warmed up. To add to the disappointment, there was also a mistake in my order. Overall, it was not the experience I was anticipating. On a positive note, I must say that the majlis decoration was beautifully done.

Iftar buffet was ok but not level of Mandarin. Only dessert section was top level with variety of options.

I had booked for Iftar dinner for our management team at the Mandarin Ballroom, Majlis by Mandarin Oriental Jumeira. The hotel staff were excellent right from the staff - Siphepisiwe Ndlovu, Restaurant Reservations Agent listened to our needs and recommended accordingly. Then Mayra Babayeva, Food and Beverage Reservations Supervisor managed the booking set up for our leadership and handled all the requirements excellently and professionally. Our leadership's feedback was that outdoor seating was done well, ambience was good, food was great-everything was perfect! Thanks Mayra for the followup before and at the event eve. You have been wonderful!

The hotel location is perfect for families who are looking for relaxing day or break as it’s far from Dubai busy areas.
The entrance and lobby have you the welcoming and 2nd home feeling.
The front desk staff are professional and smiling.
The room was ready on time with no delay with an upgrade.

The food in general was delicious in both in room and restaurants.
