Very bad experience with them. Incomplete desert safari excursion, they write things that aren't done. Very high costs. A two hour buffet dinner at the saffron restaurant of the atlantic hotel with taxi costing 300€, described as a fabulous dinner and place. completely disappointing. Not even a minimum of apology or refund to the customer who was fooled. I recommend avoiding them.

A very highly professional tour operator in UAE. Assured comfort and special service given if any service is booked through . Some staff like Abbas in desert safari made it so well that we can't wait to visit again

I would like to appreciate the great service we got from Travco. It was the best desert safari experience by far. Amman the driver is very professional and accommodating we really had a great time. Highly recommend.

We were told when we rang up Travco that the desert safari was a trip was one that I could go on with my wheelchair. This trip was booked well in advance and the staff assured us that my wheelchair could fit in the Jeep. I was surprised to be contacted, the day before our trip, stating that the jeep wouldn't be able to fit my wheelchair on, and that I would have to pay more money to be able to go on the trip, purely because of my wheelchair. This is absolutely shameful to make a disabled person pay more money to go on this trip. We later found out that the reasoning for the huge price increase was because we had to pay for 4 tickets to be able to get a "private jeep". Which is even more disgusting, I would have had to pay double the amount of money just to be able to go on this one trip. I didn't have the money for this and as this was told to us the day before our trip, couldn't transfer money to be able to go on the trip. Disappointed was an understatement and this was a bad start to our holiday.

Also, upon complaining about this shameful act, the staff we were contacting were incredibly rude and disrespectful. One particular staff member, Patty, laughed over the phone at me when I expressed how upset I was that I could no longer go on this trip.

People with disabilities should not have to pay more money for something that is out of their control. This whole experience reminded me of how inconvenient my disability and my wheelchair is. I shouldn't have been made to feel like this.

Our travel agency organized Jeep safari with Travco, just amazing experience. Our driver Nur (I hope I wrote the name correctly ????) was just the best, very friendly, sensitive to our needs (about driving in the desert), told us everything about the drive and safety, and learned a lot of good things about Dubai, very informative. The camp it self also very nice, overall awesome. The only bad thing is it didn't last longer ????.

Sehr interessante, lehrreiche und lustige Wüstensafari. Die ganze Familie war happy und begeistert. Besonderer Dank an Azeez, unseren Fahrer und Guide.
Es war alles sehr gut organisiert und auch das Rahmenprogramm und das Essen war top.

Dank dem hervorragend deutsch sprechenden und sehr kompetenten Driverguide WAllED hatten wir einen fantastischen, unvergesslichen Tag in Abu Dhabi.

Die Desert Safari war mit Abstand das beste was ich in Dubai erleben durfte. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir wurden wie versprochen in einem Jeep pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Der Ranger war super nett und man konnte sich sehr gut mit ihm unterhalten (Englisch). Anschließend haben wir noch ein weiteres Paar abgeholt und sind in Richtung Wüste gefahren. Hier lief dann wirklich alles so ab, wie es beschrieben war und wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Beginnend mit der rasanten Safari durch die Dünen der Wüste. Man hat schnell gemerkt das die Fahrer Profis waren. Es hat mehr als nur Spaß gemacht. Am Ende sind wir in einem Camp angekommen wo es dann ein großes Buffet, viele kalte Getränke und Shows / Unterhaltung gab. Man konnte relaxen und den Abend einfach genießen. Alles in allem ein mehr als gelungener Abend.
Wer in Dubai ist muss diese Safari von Travco unbedingt machen. Kosten ca. 70-80€ pro Person. Glaubt mir, sie ist jeden Cent wert!

I do not recomment this group as one of their driver was about to kill me by one of toyota prado car, i have called the company made a complaint as i asked for the manager and no action is taken, if i have a plate number i would file a case of life threatening against the driver and the company who didnt take action against there driver, unfortunately i was driving a motorcycle and couldnt take the number.

Segundo día en Dubái por nuestra Luna de Miel, nos avisan que, debido a la fiesta del cordero, la otra pareja que tenían que recoger del hotel no van a ir al tour, y que el chofer llegaría antes. Nos llaman y nos dicen que el chofer está ya abajo esperando (15 minutos antes de la hora acordada), y cuando bajamos (2 minutos después de la llamada) no había nadie. Nos dicen que van a por otros clientes y luego nos recogen. 20 minutos más tarde nos pregunta un trabajador del hotel que a quien esperamos, le comentamos la situación y acto seguido hace una llamada…15 minutos más tarde nos comenta este trabajador que tenemos que ir al sitio donde comienza el tour en taxi (aclarando que no corre de nuestra cuenta). 20 minutos más de trayecto hasta llegar al lugar donde comenzaba el tour…Cuando llegamos ya ha empezado y el guía nos hace un resumen rápido de lo que teníamos que ver.
A parte de esto el tour bastante interesante y el guía bastante bueno, además hablando en español.
El tercer día tuvimos el tour 4x4 en el desierto(bastante divertido aunque mareaba) y luego la cena de bbq y el espectáculo bastante interesante también. También pudimos montar en camello!
