Had a wonderful tasting with the son of the owner and received very interesting historical information about the winery. Tasted great wines and purchased a few, thereby waiving the tasting fee. Completely disagree with some of the negative reviews, because this winery was an excellent winery with very classy, humble and welcoming people. If you’re going to complain about the €65 tasting fee, because you can’t afford to buy €100 worth of wine to waive the fee, you probably shouldn’t be going there in the first place, because it’s clearly stated that is the price. I think some people just can’t wait to write a negative review. In this case, it’s a shame because this is a wonderful winery.

We had a lovely half-hour experience. The gentleman who greeted and guided us was very friendly and shared quality information about the wines. Needless to say, the wines were amazing—except for the orange wine, which wasn’t to our taste. Still, it’s definitely worth trying and experiencing for yourself

The wines were excellent, and the staff treated us with genuine kindness throughout our visit. We had the chance to taste nearly 10 different wines, which made for a truly satisfying experience.
I highly recommend visiting this place—it’s absolutely worth it.

While I’m not an everyday wine drinker, maybe a couple bottles a year, I am a craft beer and food guy. I know basics about wine, enough to know what I want and what I like. I like what Domaine Weinbach has to offer. My wife and I randomly stopped in, they were extremely accommodating. We did a tasting in their kitchen, loved every second of the experience. The owner sat with us, talked about the wine, history, and just life in general. We even got to spend time with her son, who had recently graduated college back in the states, very close to where we’re from. We ended up buying a few bottles to take home, absolutely loved them. Holding onto one more for a special occasion. High recommend visiting if you’re in the region.
