Con vistas a la playa de Cavoli, el hotel Baia Imperiale es un entorno precioso para pasear y alojarse.
El hotel se encuentra en el corazón del pueblo de Cavoli. Una posición privilegiada frente a la playa y su pequeño golfo, lejos del ruido y el tráfico de las grandes estaciones balnearias. Unas vacaciones donde relajarse y sentirse bien, donde aún predomina la naturaleza. ¡Las vistas son magníficas! Justo delante, Montecristo y Pianosa... ¿qué más se puede pedir? Un hotel de calidad a imagen de sus 4 estrellas, donde la elegancia, el confort y el buen vivir son los pilares. Por la noche, saboree la excelente cocina del restaurante en la terraza.

Una baia incantevole...un mare trasparente.

Appena tornati da un breve gita di due giorni non posso che confermare la stupenda posizione della struttura sopra la spiaggia di Cavoli.
Però da un hotel a 4 stelle ci saremmo aspettati molto di più, la cena e la colazione erano veramente di scarsa qualità e la cosa peggiore che nonostante avessimo optato per la mezza pensione con un menù dedicato ci hanno fatto pagare la cena al listino del ristorante alla carta.
Nonostante le nostre rimostranze alla addetta alla reception in fase di check out non abbiamo potuto far altro che pagare onde evitare sceneggiate.
Ma siamo stati trattati veramente male
con supponenza e senza mettere mai in dubbio che avessero sbagliato loro.

WOW, what a highlight of our 2-week trip through Italy & Switzerland. Going to Elba Island is one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than Hotel Baia Imperiale. The room was incredibly comfortable – we had a lovely deck that looked out over the ocean, lots of closet space (so many hangers!) and a big shower. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated.
Most of all, the staff was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we checked in, every experience with the staff was beyond amazing. The included breakfast is fantastic and we decided to have dinner in the dining room on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. This is a very service-first oriented place and they're at the top of their game. Pacos and Massimo were fantastic servers and the main manager (I feel bad we didn't get his name) was just fantastic – he takes his job very seriously and ensures his staff provide the best service possible. I can't say enough good things about the staff.
And of course, the BEACH. Beautiful, crystal clear waters. We rented two loungers and an umbrella for about 30 euros and it was worth every euro. We both wish we'd had one more day on Elba and at Hotel Baia Imperiale, but we'll just have to wait until next time!

Wir waren als Familie vom 14. - 22.9.23 dort.
Ich bin körperlich nicht mehr auf der Höhe und bekam ein sehr schönes, modernisiertes Zimmer (153) auf der obersten Ebene. Mit Gehstütze gut erreichbar. Danke an die Reservierung. Diese Zimmer liegen allerdings an der großen Frühstücksterrasse. Trotzdem Blick auf das Meer. Effiziente, sehr leise, moderne Klimaanlage. Kleines, aber funktionelles Bad. Neue, dichte und mehrfach verglaste Fenster.
Soweit zur Unterbringung. Aber die sehr fürsorgliche, aufmerksame Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal unter Leitung von Maurizio hat alles übertroffen, was wir auf der ganzen Welt erlebt und gesehen haben. Einfach superb! Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut und es gab täglich wechselnde 3 Gang Menues. Wir können das Hotel nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Tennisplatz kostenlos. Direkter Meerzugang über das terrassenförmig angelegte Hotel. Selbst das Auto wurde gut behandelt und stand mir immer abfahrtbereit an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Auch hier nochmal einen Extradank an das sehr aufmerksame Personal.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questo splendido hotel con vista sulla spiaggia di Cavoli.
Quasi tutte le camere hanno la vista direttamente sulla spiaggia, inclusa la terrazza e la sala da pranzo.
Colazione abbondante, che comprende sia dolci fatti a mano sia alimenti salati, adatta proprio a tutti.
Il menu della cena è ristretto, ma ciò garantisce un'elevata qualità dei piatti (sempre buonissimi e abbondanti).
Tutto il personale è accogliente, educato e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta.
La pulizia delle camere è eccellente.
Ci torneremo sicuramente!
