We went for a weekend with our kids and truly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I also each had massages at the spa which were amazing. The bathhouse was wonderful. I wish we stayed longer!

Service at front desk and cleanliness was great.The rooms are a gamble! You never know what to expect. You can get a frightening 2 star motel room that is worn and not well maintained. We moved our room 3X for a two night stay. second room was better but not what we were expecting it was far from the main building. Third room was the charm, nice.We have been here in the past and always had beautiful rooms. This was an awakening. Not sure if we'd come back. We think corporate is pocketing all the profit!

Really disappointed in Gurney’s Montauk. We came in to see mould in the shower, and asked for it to be cleaned while we were at dinner. We returned to be told it was chipped paint that would be repaired after we leave. I am not a mould expert, but it certainly isn’t chipped paint. Eventually a maintenance person came with vinegar to clean the mould, and we were given a (downgraded) room, but just a really disappointing experience.

I stayed here last summer and forgot 2k sneakers in the room by mistake! I called multiple times and was told they never found them which is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not cheap to stay here and they have thieves working at their hotel. So disappointing.
