Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking – a panoramic vista that left us in awe. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, and the attention to detail in their design was evident.

But what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their helpfulness and friendliness made us feel like cherished guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

While the hotel is nestled away from the main city center, the affordable taxi fares made sightseeing a breeze. On one side, you’ll find the historic downtown area, steeped in character and stories of yesteryears. On the opposite end lies the glamorous West Bay, where modern skyscrapers touch the sky and the glittering waterfront dazzles. We explored the local attractions during our five-day stay, and each evening, we returned to the cozy embrace of this wonderful establishment.

Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family in search of adventure, this place will exceed your expectations. Prepare for an unforgettable experience – we certainly had one!

I am sorry but here i found the worst service ever in this hotel, in which i didn't expected because this is 5 star hotel, but not worth even single star hote. Summery of what i experienced is as follow: i arrived at 3pm, room was not ready. Checked in at 4.50pm. When checked in, no water, no tea, no coffee, no snacks. Found towels of previous customer inside cabinet!! Customer Service is very bad and There is no compensation or way to make us happy. My room was garden view but they gave me city vew which are old buildings for labour accommodation, so you cant enjoy the view also. Going between pool and hotel lobby and room is very difficult. I couldn't let my kids go alone because they can get lost. I was getting lost also there is no signed follow you where you want to go. So you need someone to help you which is rarely found by luck. The windows where not soundproof. At night when you sleep you can enjoy sound of cars and ambulances because HMC is nearby. I check the window is not properly fixed. How about the breakfast, was very very small and very limited items. But with plenty of flies. They put alot of fans to avoid flies but you cant eat food exposed outdoor to flies. Thats why no much people going to breakfast and prefer either order room service or going out. Wifi was not connecting at all. Giving message that the network is busy. Kids play area open at 2pm, so nothing to do after breakfast only we can go out or stay inside room. Please note that i stayed in alot of hotels and i got many advantages and disadvantages in many of them, however in this hotel the most disadvantages i got i didnt feel rest and we left early out of hotel after breakfast. I am very disappointed on the reception customer service they don't even care if you are happy or you need something. Even in check out, no one asked me if you enjoy the stay or not. So this hotel is not welcoming anyone.

سكنت بالفندق في فتره كاس اسيا و كانت الغرف مرتبه و تنضيم الفندق مرتب و ساعدني الاخ رشيد في تعامله و حسن استضافته و كررت الزياره للمره الثانيه للفندق و ساعدني رشيد و كان بقمة الاحترام و الذوق

We had an almost great iftar today in Jardin which is located in Banyan tree doha, the foods are really great and the service too.

We had a slight misunderstanding, but I’m glad that Ms. Charlotte took her time to reach out to me and explained what really happened and apologized. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for being considerate.

كان يجب على ادارة الفندق تدريب هذه العمالة الآسيوية على كيفية التعامل مع الضيوف .
لا انصح به ولن اعيد التجربة

We went on the breakfast with my friends. The place by itself is awesome. So bright, well maintained and clean. The food is good, fresh, service is amazing.
Perfect for family and friends gatherings, and even great for business meetings.
Thanks to Chirine, Ilya, Yeman, Dilli, Rupesh(that’s the names that I remembered) and to all the staff that daily participate in keeping the restaurant clean and well maintained.

Receptionist was extremely unfriendly. Sent us to the breakfast room where there was no staff. We then departed the hotel without being enquired by her why we were leaving. She was sitting behind the reception in a room on her cellphone giving us an arrogant look. Will not return

ambiance is good, interior is luxurious but a little dark especially at night time. Went for iftar & they had great international selection. Just hoped they had more oriental ☺️ but overall, good.

I had a good experience during ramadan with a tasty iftar the open buffet is for 230qr per person , such a good service , nice ramdan decoration, even the staff was so friendly and so kind , i really advise you to get this amazing experience there ????????

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel juste après Noël et découvert pour la première fois Doha.
C’est un hôtel moderne luxueux à la décoration assez particulière signée par un célèbre décorateur français.

Les chambres sont vraiment très bien, 60m2, grande hauteur sous plafond, spacieuses, avec de la domotique pour les scénarios d’éclairage, fermeture motorisée des rideaux et volets, etc. La chambre dispose d’un espace séjour avec canapé et Tv et d’une chambre séparée (avec Tv aussi). La salle de bains regroupe à la fois une très grande douche, une baignoire séparée et un espace Wc / bidet.

L’hôtel est situé dans une haute tour, avec une belle vue panoramique sur Doha et dispose de plusieurs restaurants variés avec un très bon service. Il y a une piscine intérieure très bien et une petite piscine extérieure au contact des jardins.

L’hôtel est situé sur le toit du magasin le Printemps et de Quest, une sorte de parc d’attraction (nous avons eu d’ailleurs eu des entrées gratuites journalières via l’hôtel). Sur le toit il y a un joli jardin et des bâtiments résidentiels luxueux.

L’hôtel est situé pas trop loin du Al Bida Park, du souq Waquif, du musée des arts islamiques, etc. (faisable à pied si vous acceptez

Great rooms and super friendly staff, with the Jardin and the Vertigo offering one of Doha’s best dining/clubbing experience under one roof, and just a stone throw away from the district of Msheireb.

The worst service ever, the staff is slow, uncooperative, all talk and no actions.

Went to the Thai restaurant upstairs

My family and I had a disappointing experience during our five-night stay in the apartment section. The service we received fell short of the brand’s usual standards.

The hotel enjoys a prime location in the capital, boasting an attached mall with Vox Cinema and a diverse array of restaurants. However, our apartment was far from the main building, necessitating the use of a golf cart for transportation. Unfortunately, the cart service was unreliable; it often arrived late, and sometimes it didn’t show up at all.

Furthermore, at the Jardin restaurant where we had breakfast, there was only one dining area available. At one point, someone lit up a cigarette just two tables away from us, exposing my two-year-old child to secondhand smoke, which was quite distressing.

Despite these amenities, the overall service was exceptionally poor. It was difficult to reach the reception by phone, forcing me to make international calls just to speak with someone. On our final day, our luggage was not moved from our room until 30 minutes later than requested, resulting in delays to the airport.
