Bungalows en un lujoso hotel con restaurantes, bar y piscina en la playa de Kamunera.
El prestigioso Ouré Lodge está situado en la hermosa bahía de Kanumera. Todos los alojamientos están bien equipados (nevera, minibar, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, teléfono). Un bar faré, situado detrás de la piscina, ofrece aperitivos y cócteles. Restaurantes Le Banian para el almuerzo y Le Kanuméra para la cena. Un bar de aperitivos ofrece comida durante todo el día, fuera del horario de apertura de los restaurantes. La recepción se encargará de hacer las reservas por usted. Se pueden prestar canoas, kayaks, remos, aletas, máscaras y tubos de buceo, así como pelotas de petanca.

You can hire a kayak for free.
Pool is available too (Not quite as stunning as the beach, though).
The food was a taste bud party—highly recommend the beef steak and duck breast. Rooms were comfy with a king-size bed and an extra small bed for bonus coziness.
Breakfast included and absolutely delish! ????

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la qualité du service de notre personnel.
En ce qui concerne les prix, nous tâchons de rester compétitifs que ce soit au niveau de l'hébergement que de la restauration tout en prenant en compte le coût de la vie en Nouvelle-Calédonie et plus particulièrement à l'île des Pins, les coûts de fret etc.

The resort itself is average to 'dusty & not renovated for years'. Don't expect that you'll get an amazing place given that you pay the high price. They'll prove you wrong.
What's really shocking is the staff attitude and poor level of service. Everything is slow, complicated, difficult to get and without any smiles. They all seem to be here by constraint rather than choice and clearly make you feel it. The bar/restaurant staffs barely speak English (except one person that resigned the week we were there), clearly avoid non French speaking clients (our Japanese neighbours waited 20min before managing to get hold of someone). If you have any questions about the menu, they will make you feel that any kind of dialogue is not welcome.
I really encourage the staff to maybe take advantage of this start of 2024 to reassess what they want to do in their lives as it's clear that hospitality is really not something they enjoy.
If I ever go back to Ile des Pins, I'd rather go camping than stay at oure. We visited two campings when there, the owners were lovely and are laughing at Oure Resort service quality, it's apparently a running joke on the island.
