Altes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel . Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt und sind sauber . Aber an gemütlichkeit fehlt es im ganzen Hotel . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Playa de Ingles macht aber insgesamt keinen guten Eindruck mehr und wirkt heruntergekommen . Die Zeit ist hier vor 25 Jahren stehen geblieben. Schade !

Not bad but not good. Das Zimmer ist zwar mit himmlischen balkon aber etwas schlicht und renovationsbedürftig.
Das Essen ist etwas einfältig.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt wegen der Lage eher für Senioren geeignet.

Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich, der Service war auch echt top. Der Weg vom Hotel nach Maspalomas war auch nicht so weit es waren zwar sehr viele Treppen bis da hin aber für ein (Verdauungs) -Spaziergang oder einfach auch nur für die Aussicht super. Ich kann mich kaum beklagen ☺️

Very outdated rooms and restaurant. Damaged decor in rooms gives a run down feeling.
Service was good overall. Long queues at bars at times.
Pools in good condition and lots of sunbeds available only a small amount reserved first thing from guests.
Day and evening entertainment was awful.
On the coast lovely coastal walk lots of inclines to be aware of but ramps are there if needed but would question the angle on the ramps built.

Es muy raro que un hotel de este tipo no tenga nevera ni caja fuerte, por lo demás todo bien

Hemos pasado las vacaciones de Semana Santa en familia, con mis hijas y los abuelos. La verdad es que muy bien en general; servicio con trato agradable, intentan facilitarte y atenderte en tus necesidades, comida variada y de calidad, el mejor 3 estrellas en el que he estado. Instalaciones con unos años, zonas mas renovadas que otras pero en un estado aceptable. Habitaciones confortables, colchones cómodos y servicio de limpieza bueno. Recomendaría su selección y no me importaría volver.

Rent och fint med trevligt poolområde och fin service. Härlig all-inclusive buffé men lite slamrig matsal, mysigare att sitta utanför och äta och det går bra nu när vi är här för vädret är toppen. ☀️☀️☀️☀️

This place is borderline 4 star. The staff are great, the food is plenty and varied and a notch above your general all inclusive. The only bad points I would pick out are ,,,sometimes the food is a bit cold,,breakfast was cold and I like the full English - although , getting a decent full English in England is easy, they did a fair job...but cold beans,, cold scrambled?. The rooms have no kettle etc but it's easy to get a cuppa from the machines. Night life and entertainment was a bit of a blank fire ...not too lively... but overall,,a nice hotel...clean,,plenty of loungers and 3 pools. And none of the mind blasting music whilst youre trying to relax by the pool. All things considered,,I would recommend this hotel and definitely go back for a second visit

Destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, mencionar a Lucrecia de recepción, con su eterna sonrisa, a la camarera Yasmina, imparable y muy simpática y por supuesto a Marta, al frente de la tienda, siempre ayudando.

Last week we were for the third time in that hotel and we would like to thank all the staff at the hotel. We had a great time and we are very satisfied with everything. We really like the pleasant, relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Nice surroundings, palm trees, lots of pools, super outdoor bar, clean and comfortable rooms, plenty of delicious food, nice and attentive waiters in the restaurant, super programs in the evening (dance show).
We will definitely book here again next time.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage auf den ersten Blick. Beim zweiten sieht man schon, dass doch einiges renovierungsbedürftig ist. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Bei der Buchung konnten wir nicht wählen, ob wir ein Zimmer mit oder ohne Meerblick möchten. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir gleich gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick für 70 € zusätzlich die Woche haben wollen. Das fand ich nicht so gut.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel.
Good if you want to chill with a lot of retired people but beware: sunbeds are reserved by some at 7 o'clock sharp with their towel while they are sleeping or having breakfast and most fellow tourists are extremely rude. If you want to go out one night goid luck: better take a hotel in Maspalomas.
Breakfast: mostly tasteless, always the same. Beware if you leave your table for more than 1 minute to get a cup of coffee: the waiter will probably have removed the food still on your plate and someone might already have taken over. NEVET experienced this in 30+ years of travel ... anywhere ! At 10:29 sharp everything on the buffet is removed.

En conjunto es increíble, el personal no es de 10, es de 1.000 todos muy amables, desde la entrada en recepción, restaurante, limpieza, bar piscina, socorristas, y animación… Fui con mi hija de 4 años y no habían niños, los 2 primeros días, pero en el miniclub se lo pasó pipa. La ubicación inmejorable al igual que su comida, ( quien vaya, que no deje de probar la fideuá el día que la hagan, super buena). Lo recomiendo y volveremos sin lugar a dudas. Muchas gracias.

Das Hotel kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super, durch ein Gartentor raus ist man in unter 5 Min zu Fuß am Sandstrand. Dort kann man günstig Sonnenliegen und -schirme mieten. Das nächste Shoppingcenter mit Bars und Restaurants und San Augustin ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Hotel hat 3 Außenpools und zusätzlich 2 Jaccuzis. Es stehen ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es eine Poolbar und Snackbar, wo es Getränke, Eis, Gebäck, frisch zubereitete Pommes, Burger, Hot Dogs, Sandwichs, Salate und Nachos gibt. Zudem gibt es einen großen Bereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Das Essen im Hotel war ausgezeichnet!!! Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen wie zb Sushi, mexikanische Wraps, Pasta mit verschiedenen Saucen, am Grill immer frisch gegrilltes Fleisch oder Fisch, ansprechend angerichtete Appetizer, Käseplatte, Salatbuffet und großes Nachtischbuffet.
Kellner sehr aufmerksam, räumen ständig Teller und Gläser ab und im Sitzbereich an der Poolbar werden die Tische regelmäßig abgewischt und die Aschenbecher geleert.
Im Hotel hat man die Möglichkeit am Animationsprpgramm wie zb Aquagymnastik, Coktail-Workshop teilnehmen, man kann aber auch Fahrräder und E-Bikes ausleihen (gegen Gebühr) und es gibt eine Autovermietung.

Empfangsbereich, Speisesaal, Poolbereich und Außenanlagen sind renoviert, schaut toll aus.

Es un hotel justo por y para las 3 estrellas que tiene. Tiene muy buena situación respecto a la playa. No tiene nevera en la habitación y los muebles están muy estropeados. Si te toca cerca del ascensor estás escuchando a cada minuto la campana que indica que ha llegado uno y llega a ser un suplico. Los balcones nos gustaron mucho, amplios y con mobiliario adecuado, sobre todo si da al mar. Los del segundo piso tienen que ser poco agradables.
El buffet es correcto. Tiene variedad, muy buen pan y fruta. Los embutidos, la bollería industrial y demás correcto. NO HAY café descafeinado. También hay huevos cocinados de todas las formas posibles, tortilla, platos de desayuno no de aquí, como judías guisadas, ensalada, salchichas o bacon y una zona de gril/plancha donde cocinan huecos fritos al momento y otros platos que se soliciten. El servicio de pisos regular, nosotros nos encontramos con que ni habían repuesto el papel higiénico y no había rollo de por si acaso. Menos mal que éramos 2 y uno pudo bajar a recepción.

Resort muy bien, fenomenal. Lo recomiendo. Estuve allí con mí hijo y de verdad que lo hemos disfrutado a plenitud. Todo muy bien. Muy acogedor y confortable. Me ha recordado mucho y me vine con un sabor a un pedazo de mí tierra Venezuela, con esos jardines tropicales y la gente encantadora de Gran Canaria, con un trato muy cálido inmejorable y cordial. La comida, personal, limpieza todo de 10 Me ha encantado. Marta la Sra. De la tienda de ropa, gran persona. Todo espectacularmente bien.

Не приветливые люди работают на рецепшене, не все конечно...так же в баре были, недовольные бармены,мы отдыхали по системе все включено, спасибо
