Prima hotel met uitgebreid en lekker buffet. Geen klachten.

Das Zimmer war für uns zwei groß genug und ausreichend.

Das Essen war langweilig und man musste lange stehen, wenn viele Leute da waren.
So richtig gut geschmeckt hat es nicht. Da war ich schon in deutlich besseren All-inklusive Hotels.
Die Kellner werden wohl pro Teller bezahlt, die sie abräumen, so fleißig wie die das machen.
Die Speisen sind nicht gut beschriftet.
Es standen vier verschiedene Nudelgerichte nebeneinander mit der Aufschrift "Pesto" welche Geschmäcker die Soßen haben, musste man aber selbst heraus finden und probieren. Keine Hinweise darauf, ob Gerichte vegetarisch waren oder nicht.
Manche Speisen waren auch gar nicht beschriftet.
Das Getränkeangebot ist sehr gut, bringt aber nicht wirklich was, weil es nicht wirklich schmeckt und eine Woche lang nur Cola trinken ist auch nicht gut.
Oft war gar kein Gas im Getränk, sodass die Softdrinks sehr abgestanden geschmeckt haben, obwohl sie frisch gezapft waren.

Die Lage zum Stand ist in Ordnung, man ist schnell dort hin gelaufen über die Straße und einem anderen Hotel vorbei.

An manchen Tageszeiten wird es sehr sehr laut, weil gefühlt jede 5 Minuten ein riesen Reisebus vor dem Hotel hält um Touristen aus oder wieder einzuladen. Also wenn man mittags ruhen möchte, sollte auf jeden Fall die Terrassentür geschlossen sein.

Ich war bisher in ca einem halben dutzend All inklusive Hotels in verschiedenen Ländern und muss leider sagen, dass ich dieses hier am schlechtesten fand.
Es gibt ganz bestimmt schlechtere Hotels, aber definitiv auch besser.

Will be going again

Rooms were small but very lovely and cleaned every day. The views were good overlooking the sea one end and the mountains the other. Daily games played by the pool by amazing staff. Right near shopping centres and about a 5min drive from the Yumbo Centre which is a great night out (maybe not for kids though). The hotel was clean and very good for kids, with an arcade and games played with staff. Also a small but equipped gym for anyone wanting to work out. Overall it was good, the food was nice but was quite samey after a week so I recommend bringing some extra euros to eat out. Lovely Chinese near etc.

The negatives were we had a family room which was very small only 3 of us if more children would of been worse!! And the meal time's particularly the breakfast was late times

Me ha encantado la atención y profesionalidad de Bianca (recepción), ha sido súper detallista desde el primer momento, aportando todo lo necesario para que la estancia fuese perfecta, cosa que ha sido.
En cuanto a la habitación es bastante amplia, nos han dado la 711, de lo mejor sin duda, ambiente moderno, camas muy cómodas, baño enorme y novedoso. En definitiva, repetiremos sin duda. Cumple con todo y más de lo que imaginaba.

Wir sind angekommen und uns wurde das Badezimmer nicht ordentlich übergeben, dass Wasser läuft aus der Dusche raus bis in den Flur. Schimmel an der Decke im Schlafbereich. Es ist sehr laut. Auch im Essbereich ist eine starke Lautstärke und die Teller werden einem unter der Nase weggenommen, obwohl man noch gar nicht richtig fertig mit essen ist. Das Essensangebot wechselt, aber leider keine Qualität. Sie richten es schön an, aber geschmacklich nicht der Hit. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Abendprogramm super. Der Service für all inklusive ist eine Katastrophe. Bei der Nachfrage für eine Flasche Wasser fürs Zimmer , hieß es; nebenan ist ein Supermarkt da kann man Wasserflaschen günstig kaufen. Frechheit. Handtücher bekommt man gegen eine Kaution und will man diese mal tauschen muss der Tausch pro Handtuch bezahlt werden. Die Nutzung vom Safe muss auch ordentlich bezahlt werden und da bekommt man kein Geld zurück. Die Poollandschaft ist schön, aber beheizt wird da Nix. Auf Anfrage , da der Pool sehr kalt ist, hieß es, wenn die Außentemperatur 21 Grad beträgt wird nichts beheizt. Was für ein Service. Für die Liegeflächen gibt es nicht ausreichend Sonnenschirme, wobei der ein oder andere sogar schon kaputt ist. Schade, leider kein besonders Hotel.

Muy buena atención. El personal lo mejor, lss instalaciones están bien. Lo peor la comida, he estado en muchos bufet y nunca me ha resultado tan difícil comer. Ni las ensaladas se salvan. El desayuno, dos tostadores y muy lento.

.No puedo ser corto, conciso y preciso porque no sé por dónde empezar.

Empecemos por la calidad de la comida, mala no, lo siguiente, lo único así que parece elaborado son el mojo verde y rojo, lo demás... Cada vez que vayas hacer una comida ubica bien el WC de la habitación para que te dé tiempo llegar???? en fin haceros una idea... La habitación está muy, bien la verdad, es moderna y te la dejan super limpia, camareros, recepción y limpiadoras super agradables. Una cosa que no nos agrado nada fue que entraran en la habitación supuestamente a "reponer el café" sin permiso. Lo del todo incluido no sé que incluye porque no incluye nada. Si quieres un lavado de estómago te puedes pedir cualquiera de los licores que tienen, la piña colada, mojito ect de surtidor que no se puede describir el sabor, nos dicen que si queremos los mojitos y la piña colada elaborada tenemos que pedir un plus que son 12€ por persona/noche, lo pagamos y que nos encontramos? Que donde los sirven es en la zona de la piscina y que como está lloviendo no se nos puede servir, los helados de marca que incluye este servicio está también en la zona de la piscina pero como está lloviendo la nevera está cerrada con candado y no se puede abrir. El servicio de los snacks que supuestamente ofrece durante casi todo el día tanto de lo mismo. Total que pagas por un suplemento que no sirve para nada. A por cierto que se me olvidaba, si queréis vivir aventuras extremas olvidaros de hacer parasailling, os montáis en el ascensor y le dais al 7 que veréis que emoción, nunca se sabe cuál va hacer la última vez. La piscina tiene más azulejos quitados que puestos.  Hemos ido a miles de hoteles y nunca nunca hemos puesto una mala reseña pero este se las lleva todas. Super descontentos.

Tisztaság és rend a szállodában és az egész településen. Az óceánpart tiszta. Csodálatos.

Lovely modern clean hotel the food is really good and the 24h drinks and cold snacks is a brilliant touch. Pool area is lovely and clean the pool is very cold also you have to be up and ready to get sunbeds because when they unlock the door to the pool area at 8am as ridiculous as it sounds people actually run for the beds there is plenty of beds so don't bother. I have to mention breakfast it's probably the best hotel i've ever been to for breakfast. Variety from fruits and cereals and if you want a fry up type it's there, not to mention all the fresh pastries and churros and pancakes. The animation team are a fantastic bunch everything is in house so the evening entertainment is what you would expect however the Greatest Showmen and GAGA shows are brilliant and professionally coordinated these guys really do have some of the hardest jobs . The rooms are modern and a ok size but when there is 2 adults and 2 children sharing it can be cramped the maids do a good job of cleaning them. However, there are some rules at the hotel the maids will tell reception if you break them i.e. the hotel does not allow the use of an iron in the room and this hotel has a strict no smoking policy except for 2 areas outside the entrance and at the side of the hotel through the pool area your not even allowed to smoke on the balcony of your room. Both times the maid told reception and we had a letter and a phone call saying we can not use an iron in the room and if we smoke even on the balcony we will be left with a €95 fine when we check out. Okay I get the smoking in your room ist good but not even on the balcony when your actually outside i dont see the problem we were only on the second floor and the majority of the balconys are street side and people are walking past smoking on the street so its makes no sense that you cant smoke on the balcony, but no being allowed to iron our clothes in the room is ridiculous. It did make us a bit uneasy in our room incase we spilt something or had something that broke the hotel rules then the maid would see the next day and report us but generally all the staff at the hotel work hard and are happy and helpful we stayed in room 206 and we had a really nice view of the ocean

Bardzo fajny miły i przytulny hotel pokoje na średnim standardzie ogólnie czysto tylko na ramach lustra możemy znaleźć kurz. Jedzenie bardzo dobre możemy znaleźć m.in. Frytki ,pizzę , spaghetti i różne owoce. Łóżko wygodne , ale jak kupujemy pokój na dwie osoby to łóżka mogą się rozsuwać. Na koniec chciałbym dodać że to miejsce jest dobre dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych.

Ich bin eigentlich der Schweden-Sommerhaus-Urlauber, wollte aber meinem 17-jährigen Sohn mit Kumpel mal den Gefallen tun, rund um Ostern 9 Tage All-Inclusive zu buchen, und ich denke, wenn man diese Art Urlaub mag, dann ist dieses Hotel ganz prima! Das Essen war gut (könnte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein), Poollandschaft und Zimmer schön, das Personal extrem freundlich und alles sehr sauber. Meine Teens waren regelmäßig im Gym und mit der Animation sehr zufrieden. Das Abendprogramm war oft richtig professionell (z.B. Musical- und Queen-Show), könnte allerdings immer ein paar dB leiser sein. Beim Essen sind Rotwein, Roséwein, Weißwein (jeweils 1 Sorte), Bier und diverse Erfrischungs- und Kaffeegetränke inklusive, und abends gibt's auch Amaretto & Co. ohne Zuzahlung. Das Hotel liegt in einem verkehrsreichen Viertel sehr nah zur herrlichen relativ leeren Playa El Veril (5 Minuten Fußweg, von dort noch weitere 15 Minuten zur belebten Playa del Ingles, wer's braucht), und zur Busshaltestelle, von der aus man für 3,50 € zum Flughafen kommt, sind es 2 Minuten. Dort gibt es auch einen größeren Parkplatz, auf dem in der Regel einzelne Plätze frei waren. Die Hotelgäste sind bunt gemischt und kommen hauptsächlich aus Großbritannien, Deutschland, Schweden, Spanien und Holland. Es gibt viele Ü70-Gäste aber auch jede Menge Paare mittleren Alters, Familien mit Kindern und Jüngere/Teenager.
Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte, könnte man die für meinen Geschmack hässliche braune Farbe des 7-stöckigen Hauptgebäudes nennen und empfehlen, in eine neue Tischtennis-Platte und eine neue Dartscheibe zu investieren sowie etwas gegen die 8-Uhr-Handtuch-Reservierer zu tun.

Mucha amabilidad del personal

Estamos super contentos, nos alojamos en la zona solo adultos, habitación 625, y no podía ser más tranquilo, además todos desde recepción hasta el bar, son súper amables, estamos encantados, repetimos en breve seguro!!

Estamos encantados, llegamos el jueves y nos enamoramos del hotel, nos tocó la habitación 521, el personal super amable, todos super atentos, sobretodo en el comedor, la animación es una pasada, comida super variada y la verdad que sabrosa, no se puede pedir más, seguro repetiremos!!!

En general, el hotel está muy bien calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son cómodas. Esta vez nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en la cuarta planta, al fondo del pasillo, concretamente la habitación 438 y la verdad que era muy tranquila y apacible, sin ruidos alrededor. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y excelente el trato del personal a pesar de ser temporada alta y estar el hotel lleno de clientes. Además la comida es muy variada y a todas horas con el servicio todo incluido tienes donde comer y beber, incluso de madrugada. Hay wifi, aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Super! Wenn man auf der Pool Area aus Versehen mit einem Kristallglas entlang geht, wird man sofort ermahnt. An der Getränke- Selbstbedienungs- Bar füllen fast alle ihre Wasserflaschen auf, obwohl man es wegen der Kreuzkonterminatjon nicht machen soll ( Verbotsschild hängt dort) aber das kontrolliert NIEMAND. Das sollten sie ändern!

Hemos pasado cuatro días y tanto el alojamiento como el personal ha sido fantástico.
Está muy cerquita de la playa y en una zona para hacer excursiones fenomenal.
Recomendable, pondría una pega y es que esta todo en inglés ......

He pasado unos días en el hotel y lo mejor sin duda ninguna es el equipo de animación! Súper agradables y pendientes todo el rato, proponiendo actividades divertidas

Estuvimos alojados durante 5 días allí y lo pasamos genial desde el primer momento. Desde que cruzamos la puerta de recepción nos atendieron súper bien, siempre atentos a cualquier cosita que les comentásemos y con muy buena vibra. Las habitaciones están genial, aunque la mayor parte del tiempo si estás allí lo vas a pasar fuera porque no solo tienen varias piscinas, también tienen durante las mañanas y las tardes varias actividades para hacer, muy diferentes, el equipo de animación es genial, te animan siempre a realizar actividades con ellos y están siempre con una sonrisa y muy buena energía, es inevitable que te lo transmitan, así que felicidades también a ellos por todo el trabajo que realizan diariamente allí y por todo el esfuerzo depositado en los shows, que se nota que hay un gran trabajo detrás. También especial mención al camarero Javier, una persona super amable y con muy buena predisposición siempre a todo. Sin duda volveremos porque es un sitio maravilloso.
