Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Dorfes San Agustin. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man kostengünstig zum oder vom Flughaben anreisen kann. Es liegt unmittelbar hinter der Strandpromenade. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Pool- und Gartenanlage wird sehr gut gepflegt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

San Augustin ist angenehm gelegen, gut erreichbar mit Bus.
Das Hotel ist durch seine Strandnähe sehr attraktiv und von der Größe nicht störend im Stadtbild.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel face à la plage est plutôt sympathique.

Le buffet est plutôt très bon. Je déplore les boissons sans alcool payantes (en demi-pension) ainsi que le personnel qui enlève l'assiette alors que nous avons encore la nourriture dans la bouche.

Concernant les piscines, elles sont toutes glaciales, (non chauffées, vous l'aurez compris) et aucun jacuzzi ne fonctionne.
Il y a des travaux tous les jours et toute la journée à la piscine à côté de notre chambre (il faut oublier le calme et le repos).

Concernant la chambre, ce n'est pas mal, le lit est très confortable mais ce sont 2 lits collés et ils glissent sur le sol quand nous essayons de nous rejoindre la nuit (pas fait pour les couples qui s'aiment).
Le ménage est très bien fait et les employées très gentilles.

La salle de bain "très jolie" mais sent beaucoup l'humidité, les maillots ne sèches pas à l intérieur et ça pue. Mais l'horreur du lieu c'est la douche! Elle est par intermittence soit brûlante soit glaciale.
(Le réglage est impossible.)
Nous avons eu également droit à une coupure d'eau un après midi entier sans nous prévenir ni sans s'excuser du dérangement.

La salle de sport: elle ouvre à 9h.. dans la chaleur de la journée.. pourquoi pas 7h quand il n y a pas d' employé dans le lieu?

La télévision: elle n'a pas de chaîne Française d'ailleurs personne ne parle Français et rien n est écrit en Français.

Pour résumé je ne conseille pas. Les vacances sont chères et précieuses. Il faut choisir un autre lieu (à moins d'aimer nager seul dans une piscine gelée).

Pedí en la terraza bar restaurante situada frente a la playa una cerveza para mí y Fanta limón para mí hija, una vez servidas al ir abonar las consumiciones con mi tarjeta de crédito me dice la camarera que lo siente pero que tengo que pagar en efectivo porque el datáfono no funciona, al decirla que no dispongo de metálico que solo tenía tarjeta ???? pero me presto a efectuar un Bizum que hoy en dia es otra vía de pago, me alega q siente no habérme informado primero de lo acontecido porque ya nos había servido y que espere que va hablar con la encargada (mujer joven y de pelo largo y moreno)la cuál decide quitarnos y retirarnos de las manos las consumiciones y básicamente nos echo de forma deliberada a mi hija de 12 años y a mí , haciéndonos sentir repudiadas y avergonzadas en nombre de una de la cadenas más importantes de las islas canarias .La camarera fue siempre agradable y mostró también su vergüenza por nosotras ante la decision de su encargada, como representante en ese momento de la firma.Y eso que en todo momento quisimos pagar las consumiciones.
Posdata: Ojalá nadie tenga que pasar por esa situación de nuevo y menos delante de un hijo.

Beste Lage um zu Fuss am Strand oder per Linienbus die Insel zu erkunden????..

Mi experiencia ha sido de 10, el personal súper agradable y atento en todo momento.
La comida espectacular, muy buena calidad y variedad.
La ubicación perfecta, al lado de la playa.
Las pisicnas grandes, una climatizada, un jacuzzi y una de hidromasaje, recomendado 100%

Muy contento con el personal , sobre todo de animación ( Luna y José ) y comedor , principalmente Srta. ( Monserrat ) muy buen profesional, siempre atenta y con una gran sonrisa .

Hotel tranquilo y estupendo para desconectar y al lado de la playa. El personal es muy atento y amable, con una sonrisa en todo momento.
PD: ¡Luna hace unos cócteles muy buenos!

Muy buen trato y maravilloso hotel!!

Wir haben vor Ort spontan ein Upgrade auf diese Hotel mit All Inclusive bekommen. Personal war super nett, Buffet ausreichend groß und abwechslungsreich. Cool fanden wir die Aquagym Trainer :) Cocktails waren was man eben für All Inclusive bekommt. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Eso no Hotel tranquilo y familiar, con un buen servicio y un buen buffet de desayuno. Las habitaciones son bonitas y de tamaño medio y algunas con vistas al mar. La nuestra tenía vista lateral al mar. al ser temporada alta, no salió bastante caro, pero nos quedó un buen recuerdo por el servicio y el trato al cliente.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön. Es liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Strand mit einer sehr schönen Poolanlage. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr sauberes Hotel, nur für Erwachsene. 2 Sterne Abzug: 1 Stern Abzug, da das Essen sehr eintönig ist. Es gibt nur wenig Variation von Tag zu Tag und insgesamt war es sehr fettig gewesen. Die Ausrichtung des Essens war mehr Quantität statt Qualität. Ein weiterer Stern Abzug, da die Rezeption immer sehr ausgelastet war. Das Personal der Rezeption war soweit nett, jedoch wenig zuvorkommend und hat meistens einen sehr lustlosen und erschöpften Eindruck hinzerlassen… das fand ich sehr schade. Nur ein älterer Herr an der Rezeption war immer sehr motiviert und hat uns tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel gegeben. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

We have enjoyed our stay very much! In particular we loved our day out to Caldera de Bandama. The animation team are really friendly and made the day fun with quizzes and lots of interesting facts about the volcanic feature. Thank you Luna, Marta and César! Our room 118 is very lovely, modern and clean and the swimming pool area was gorgeous. We also enjoyed playing a cool shuffleboard game round the pool with Luna yesterday.

We did have a couple of issues which is why I did not give 5 stars:
1. The bed was very hard and both myself and my fiancé woke up every morning feeling very stiff...
2. The wifi was very unreliable in our poolside room...
3. We felt that the way we were treated by the reception team in the first couple of days of our stay was disappointing. On arrival the gentleman who served us was very friendly but did not seem to have any idea where our room was and we were sent on a wild goose chase until a cleaner passing by was able to show us. After a long day of travel we were not very happy! But of greater concern, after arriving on Friday afternoon we were only asked to pay the deposit up front which we did. However, we were then summoned on Saturday to be told that we needed to pay in full which we were not aware of and were very surprised by. When we explained that we would be subjected to paying an extra 1% to our bank when paying on a weekend, we were told that we could not wait to pay on Monday. We were offered a free lunch or dinner as 'compensation' however we had to decide the day then and there even though we had not fully planned our week yet. It really did start our holiday in a poor way and we would consider whether to return because of this.

Amazing from start to finish. 4 star quality at 3 star prices. Spotlessly clean. Room, staff, location, and facilities are second to none. Answered a survey after the first night, said the bed was a little hard, there was a topper fitted the same day.
Very quiet hotel/area. Bus stop 3 minutes away to the mad parts of the island.
1 minute from room to the pools and 1 minute from the pool to the fabulous beach. No steps like most of the other hotels. I could go on all day about how good this hotel is. I will return and I have never said this before. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

We had a great time on a walk around the Bandamas Caldera with Mirta, Luna and Cesar. 08.03.24
