Mid April still few open in a town of not great cuisine. Luckily this is a serious greek all round restaurant highly recommended.

Best place to eat in Pigadia. Fabulous food, skillfully prepared from local ingredients in a traditional style. Specially good meat cookery. Just ask for whatever is special for the day or take a look at what's available in the kitchen. Stays open for locals in winter. A sure sign of authenticity and value.

A place open all year, with great local dishes. The traditional makarounes with onions and cheese is a must try!!! Very traditional environment with greek music, taking you back in time. Recommended!

Ωραίο περιβάλλον και καθαρό !!
Καλο φαγητό και καλες τιμές..
Θα το πρότεινα για μαγαζί χειμώνα γιατί ίσως είναι το καλύτερο στο νησί γιατί όπου αλλού έφαγα τα ήταν τα χειρότερα!!

Λυπάμαι κάποιος πρέπει να τους πει ότι κοκορέτσι δυο τριών ημερών το τρώνε μόνο τα σκυλιά λυπάμαι αίσχος ντροπη. Μη περνάτε τον κόσμο για ηλίθιους κοκορέτσι με λάδι φαγητού ωμού δεν σερβίρεται

We were there twice in early Nov. The first time the food was 3 star, the second it was much better and deserves a 4 star. This is one of the few choices for Greek food in Pigadia once all the others have closed for the season. Located along a quiet side street with no view. Good sized portions.

Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στα Πηγάδια, το Ελληνικόν έχει καλή Ελληνική κουζίνα. Αξιόπιστη πρόταση για φαγητό στην Κάρπαθο με καλή εξυπηρέτηση.

Ate there once. Had from the daily specials the spinach with rise and tzatziki. The spinach was a bit too salty for my taste and didn’t have much flavour. Tzatziki was good. Got charged €2,50 for a small bottle of water. Service was too fast then very slow. Nothing extraordinary in my mind hence my rating.

The Makarounes and Housewine (red) taste not so good. The pasta is not handmade. But the rest of our dish was very delicous: veg. Briam + Saganaki/Roquefort. The prices are okay.

Sehr gute Vorspeisen (Pilze und Weinblätter ).Zu den Hauptspeisen gab es sehr leckere Kartoffeln. Das Souvlaki war sehr saftig. Das Kebap ist einfach, aber sehr lecker! Der Service war meistens schnell, jedoch überlastet, wenn der Laden voll ist.

Pretty good food in Pigadia, and prices are fair. They are just on the pedestrian road so you can watch people go by. If you are here in high season, it's probably a good idea to make a reservation, as the place was popular even in mid-September.

Das Essen war ok. Weil wir aber offenbar zu wenig Fleischberge gegessen haben, gab es keinen Service. Hätte gern 25€ für Nachtisch ausgegeben. Das hat jetzt ein anderer verdient.
