Un endroit apaisant au bureau centre de Porto. La lumière très basse ce qui rend le restaurant plus chaleureux, décoré de manière subtile et belle. La nourriture fut un régal, les plats végétariens que j'ai pris étaient rassasiant et généreux en quantité.

Cuisine raffinée, service de qualité et adorable. Chaque étage est composé d une salle avec peu de couverts ce qui crée un cadre intime. Bougie et vue magnifique. Merci pour ce joli souvenir, nous recommandons vivement !

The place was cute and the service friendly.
Food not that great, we ordered the octopus with vegetables which was dry and with not so much taste and the lamb which was okeyish.
Also we had a bunch of appetizer which also were ok, the oxtail croquettes were pretty nice and the beef tartare also. Pricewise is a pretty good choice.

Gemischte Erfahrung:
Das Essen ist top. Die Jakobsmuschel als auch diese "Brotsuppe" waren ausgefallen und ganz lecker. Der Oktopus und das Steak waren hervorragend. Auch das Panna Cotta und der Brownie als Dessert waren schmackhaft, wenn auch sehr süß.
Nicht so gut in Erinnerung geblieben ist der Service - ständig wurden Bestellungen, insbesondere die Getränke betreffend, vertauscht. An die 30-40 Minuten Wartezeit auf ein Getränk waren nicht ungewöhnlich. Und auch auf die Rechnung am Ende warteten wir 40 Minuten - ist sicherlich zum einen dem Personalmangel geschuldet, andererseits gibt es dort aber auch ein diffuses Konzept, wer wofür zuständig ist...

Soirée en demi teinte avec service impeccable mais cuisson des mets à revoir, poulpe trop cuit donc caoutchouteux et sec, plats tièdes.
Le rapport qualité/prix est en-dessous de nombreux restaurants à Porto.

Great food. Service was a bit slow. But the atmosphere makes it worth it. In the upper floor (3rd) it feels like you are sitting in a living room of someone's else house.
They have 4 floors with plenty of tables. We reserved a table one day in advance. Recommended to go there. If you can, take a table in the upper floors. On ground level it seemed a bit busy and crowded when we left!

Erreur de la notation! Je donne 4,9/5. Le seul bémol serait les 3 étages à grimper.
Tout est très bien. L’accueil, le service et surtout le contenu des assiettes. De la très bonne cuisine, la morue, le poulpe et les desserts fabuleux… Allez y!

Raiz was a great restaurant with a great atmosphere! We had Taline as a server and she was the best and so thoughtful with recommendations inside and outside of Portugal. Such a happy experience that made our visit that much more special! The octopus ceviche was phenomenal.

Boa comida e muita simpatia dos funcionários. Algumas salas exigem subir escadas estreitas por isso avisar na hora de reservar mesa.

Amazing!!!! My husband and I shared the octopus ceviche, Portuguese plate with meats and cheeses, the pork tenderloin entree and a Portuguese pudding with port wine ice cream. We have been traveling in Spain and Portugal eating some good food but none compared to here! Everything was delicious. Our favorite meal of the trip! The restaurant is also beautiful and our waitress could not have been nicer. Go here when in Porto!

Restaurant très sympa avec des plats très bien cuisinés. Nous ne sommes pas sur des plats typiques, mais plutôt bistronomiques, et c’est très bon. Dommage qu’il nous ait fallu attendre 2 h pour juste quelques tapas en entrées/apéro et juste le plat. Trop fatigués, nous n’avons pas eu le courage de prendre un dessert ! Des problèmes de personnel en cuisine très certainement comme dans beaucoup de restaurant partout dans le monde post-Covid….

Nous avons trouvé l’accueil très agréable. La cuisine est très locale et correspond moins à nos goûts. Nous avons trouvé certains assez répétitifs (scotch egg, croquette de viande) avec des saveurs similaires.
