NEEDLES MARINA RV PARK

We had our $1200 electric bike stolen last night. We notified the main office and asked if there was video surveillance. The girls said no. I asked the maintenance staff and they said yes. The guard shack has video and the guard searched the entire nights footage for me. He was very helpful and came to our RV to notify of his findings.
The police traced the footprints weaving in and out of the campsites until coming across our bike.
Our weekend now ruined.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. ADDED EXTRA CHARGES AFTER ORIGINAL BOOKING BECAUSE THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE DO NOT LIKE CHILDREN. Booked online and most definitely specified 2 adults and one child under 12 plus even our 2 pets. We were given a price and after check in my husband went down to pay and everything went fine at first. The people around us must have complained that we had a child or something even though she wasn’t loud, just outside playing while we set everything up at the site for our stay. We received a phone call about an hour later informing us we owed a balance for our child. We have reservation confirmation that we payed for 2 adults, one child and 2 pets but they wanted us gone and there wasn’t much we could do about it, we were treated very badly by most of the staff, even being screamed at through the phone. They threatened to call the police and have us removed if we did not pay the extra $150 for our child and some other fee that brought it up to over $200 so we were forced to leave with only a partial refund of what we had already payed for our stay. We tried reasoning with them and working things out but ultimately they have refused to be reasonable and very unprofessional. We will not be returning under any circumstances and I do not recommend it to anyone.

It's always good to be in needles and better to be at the Marina
