Este establecimiento está situado en el corazón de Thonon, a 10 minutos del lago Ginebra y de los baños termales, cerca de las estaciones de esquí de Chablais.

- When we arrived the reception was closed and we were unable to contact anyone on the given phone numbers for 30 minutes.
- The bathroom had a bit of a 'sewagey' smell, and the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been filled so we had to lean over the sink to use the handsoap which was attached to the wall by the sink as shower gel...
- Being able to control the shower so that there was any warmth and water pressure took about 40 extremely frustrating minutes
- There was also no-one on reception when we had to check out to catch our train, so we just had to leave the card near reception and go
- There were lamps in the room which couldn't actually reach the plug sockets, and there was nowhere convenient to charge phones without unplugging other things like the TV. There's also no way of controlling the lights from near the bed.
Positives:
- When we did finally reach somebody by phone they were very friendly and helpful!
- Bedding was clean and an extra pillow was available
- The shutter works well so the room can get dark enough (however there is a pathetic little curtain on the window which should be replaced with black out curtains).
Localisation parfaite.
