We stayed in the area and came first day for lunch what a total joy we had the 3 course menu for 23 euros was fantastic fresh and with lots of flavor / and I’m a chef
But there waiting staff wow totally on point the service was outstanding with the warmest smiles and willingness to go fare and beyond to make our day
So next day we made the journey back for dinner and it was as great as our day before
Please make the journey to go and enjoy

J’ai adoré passer une nuit dans cet hôtel
Non seulement le personnel est super sympa mais alors le tiramisu de la cheffe qui parle italien c’est une tuerie ???????????? j’ai jamais vu de ma vie toute entière de tiramisu un tiramisu aussi bon non très bon
La réception sont super gentils aussi

Bon accueil chambre spacieuse et propre bien équipé calme....repas impeccable avec de bon produit petit déjeuner buffet bien garnis....belle expérience je recommande

In un quadro verdeggiante e ameno, questo convento del 1200 circa ,convertito in hotel e ristorante con una cucina del territorio e tradizionale, frutto del lavoro di persone in situazione di handicap, accompagnate e istruite da professionisti dell hôtellerie ✨️???? braviiiiiiiii.

Hôtel sympathique, confortable sans plus, ma salle de bain n'avait pas d'eau chaude mais on m'a donné la clé d'une autre chambre et le problème a été réglé. Je trouve le bruit du ventilateur de la salle de bain trop fort pour dormir. La literie est bonne. Les murs mériterait d'être repeints dans la chambre.
Pour ce qui est du restaurant c'est très bon. En bref on vient surtout pour l'emplacement.

The original review was 5*: Nice, clean hotel in an a former building of religious use. The hotel is well located for exploring the Roya Valley. Rooms are puritanically designed and the beds are good. Many service staff members are young people with different light disabilities, and they are the best of the best in making you feel a very valued guest. The restaurant is priced at the lower end and especially the quality of the set menu lunch and dinner is also a reflection thereof. The Wi-Fi is often slow or unreliable, but who needs Wi-Fi on a vacation???
Now 2*: The bill had a wrong room rate, they had charged for meals and drinks we did not have. The receptionist, not disabled apart from lack of interest in customer service, insisted that I had to stay and wait in the reception while she fixed the bill, because she was busy finishing up for her lunch. It took 30 minutes, so we missed our train… The next train is in 3 hours…

Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur les chambre car j'y vais pour les colis. L'accueil est différent selon qui se trouve à l'accueil...

Kleines nettes Hotel mit einem großen Video überwachten Parkplatz. Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch englisch.
Es wird Abend ein 3 Gänge Menue angeboten. Zu einem sehr guten Preis und sehr lekker.

Très bon hôtel au calme, chambre spacieuse, personnel attentif. Séjour en 1/2 pension, et rien à dire, tout est très bon et petit déjeuner copieux avec salade de fruits frais. Agréable séjour ????

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons dîné au Prieuré !
Réservation facile car nous logions à l'hôtel Mirval (même gestionnaire).
Délicieux repas avec un rapport qualité-prix excellent.
Le personnel très sympathique est attentif ; l'espace extérieur très agréable.
Je soutiens à 100% le travail effectué par les personnes en situation de handicap au sein de cette structure (restaurant, hôtel le Prieuré, Le Mirval)

Мы не были клиентами отеля. Зашли просто позавтракать. Нас пустили, разрешили провести свой завтрак в отеле. Отличный персонал. Очень добрые и хорошие люди.

J'ai particulièrement aimé la salle de chez le Prieuré. Vaste, joyeuse et agréable.
