Love the layout of the breakfast area! The morning breakfast ftaff we're very helpful as I need assistance due to my limited arm strength. Thank you!

Absolute worst Hilton Hotel I’ve ever stayed. We woke up at 2am with the AC blowing Hot Air and the temperature of the room very hot. Contacted the front desk and they came and were unable to fix the AC. They offered to move us but it would take a little while since they were in the middle of an audit. Finally 40 minutes later were were moved to a room on another floor but no one notified housekeeping. Even though were had placed the do not disturb sign on the door they made multiple attempts to get in the room as were tried to sleep and shower. When I complained I didn’t receive any apology just “it wasn’t our fault - the person who moved you to that room did not enter it into the computer”. What do you mean? Your employee moved us - it certainly wasn’t our fault.

Had problems with the people at the front desk, right from the start. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing to shout at. Not much there. The cinnamon waffles were off the chain. But alas it doesn't make up for everything else being off. You travel over 3 hours and you come to this. The hotel next to the waffle House across the Highway was. 4 stars oh yeah.

Like any other Hampton Inn. Nothing exceptional, and nothing to complain about. It is exactly what you would expect it to be. While the location is convenient, it is a good 5 miles away from the old town centre.

NOT typical hampton coffee, room stayed cool/cold couldn't turn heat up was controlled,VERY AGGRAVATING toilet tissue the cheapest. One chair in room Room was clean, good beds help was wonderful.

Stayed at this Hampton for 4 days when we checked in the little gal that checked us in had no personality didn't even say hello I went to ask her a question , she handed me my keys turn around and walked away told manager about it the manager came over and talked to us and was very apologetic and sorry one thing we did notice about the manager we asked her we said what's your motto on the door and she couldn't even tell us she said that's something about making sure you're happy ,on another note breakfast staff was phenomenal ????.

Shower soap bottle was empty. 2 weeks ago soap bottle was empty. Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent

Room was cleaned once in a 9 day stay. No one is ever at front desk. Shower drain was clogged

Front desk girl wont even make eye contact with you or thank you or anything. Plus, they will bang on your door at 9:30am for house keeping. All for $200 for the night. Ridiculous.

All the digital locks worked well, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Would recommend and return.

Started when we arrived, the checkin lady, was lacking customer service skills, didn’t even tell us where the room was located, than the bed and pillows were awful, had neck and back pain, for a week after we left, tub/shower was not clean, we had to get cleaning supplies to clean it, will not say here again.

It was not my first time staying here. The first time was great, a nice spacious room. Tried a (2) queen room this time. It's not the best experience this time overall, but I'm hopeful it's a one-off.

Bon accueil, chambres spacieuses et propres, bien équipées.
Le plus l'apéritif servi de 18 à 19h30. Petit dejeuner correct.
Seul bémol la climatisation glaciale dans les couloirs.
