This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. Nasty rooms, awful staff. Front staff is hostile and racist. The large manager was nice to only people of his race, Middle easterns, but not others of a different race!!!! How dare these people think they can do travelers this way and talk to people in this manner. I told them that this room had dirty sheets and I was asked to leave. Calling better business bureau also.

Overnight stop. Coffee only in am. But, the ONLY place I’ve stayed that had veteran’s parking!

Rude!! Last resort emergency only recommended if all else fails like no other option.
We had the door locked getting ready to leave after numerous knocks at the door, with responding to the knocks they were still opening the door, well before 10 am check out isn't until 11am. When we come out maintenance or whoever was coming to our room with tools like he was going to do whatever needed to get door open and it wasn't even check out time yet!!! Dust all over mirrors. Rude, needs UPDATED severely, and house keeping needs better people skills and training of cleaning. Disappointed for them to be attached to Wyndham rewards..

For the price we paid (95.00 tax incl.) The rooms were less than satisfactory, walls were dirty, dead bugs on the AC unit, outlets missing wall plates and or wall plates cracked in half. Microwave dirty. No ice bucket. 4 styrofoam cups just laying out, not in plastic. We didn't expect perfect but again for the price it should have at least been clean. Definitely would not recommend.

It was noisy with trucks in and out on adjacent property. But I dont blame the hotel for that. Just know that it wont be quiet. My room card had to be reprogrammed over and over. They have NO FOOD. Not even coffee. Using covid as an excuse. The room smelled musty, the furniture was broken, the lamp shades were peeling, the carpet had a hole in it, and it was in need of a GOOD CLEANING and fresh paint. I know it is not an expensive place, but decent housekeeping should be the norm anyway! They did accept my dog. It was an emergency booking so I didnt have a choice.

After reading the reviews, and going on the actual site. Seeing that they are claiming that they are doing repairs. I was thinking I will take a chance being they're a Wyndham hotel. I was fooled, we went for a Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival. The pool look like a swamp. The entire place was disgusting outside and inside. The first room that they sent us to the bed was not even made. It was still messed up in a disheveled mess. The second room had the beds made but the room
was picked up but not clean. If we could have changed hotels we would have. That's not anywhere close to standard. Believe what it says on the ratings. Read reviews believe them. It is the only thing decent about it was the breakfast..and that is a stretch.

This place wouldn't be that bad if the rooms got cleaned properly. I dropped my washrag on the floor n when I picked it up it was filthy. I thought these places got inspected from time to time. I can understand a the rooms being a little rough especially with the little casino next to it. It is a convenient location. I'd stay again if I'm by myself. This place would be a great hotel with some TLC!

The hotel room was not clean, the room stunk and I got a rash after sleeping in the bed. My son also rented a room and the shower was so dirty they refused tue shower.

Stayed in 106 one night, well a few hours, just long enough to rest and get back on the road. The room was stinky and moldy, too much moisture in room. The bedding was wet, the floor was wet, the carpet was sticky. Never again! Over priced and disgusting!

Absolute dump. I requested a non smoking room and I get a room with a ton of mold and a cigarette butt in the super moldy AC. The shower is so gross I think I’ll feel cleaner by just not showering. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
