Someone checked in at 130 in the morning with crying children. They turned on the TV super loud and you can hear ever word that they say next door. I asked for ear plugs and they don't have any. I then asked to be moved and all they said is was they were going to ask them to be quiet. I told them that won't stop a crying baby. If they have open rooms they should accommodate moving me to a room that I can get some sleep in.
Very unimpressed with their customer service. I know it's not their fault they have loud guests but I should be able to hear their entire conversation from my bed.
Payant cash, nous avons laissé une caution de 100 dollars à notre arrivée. Au check out, la jeune fille a l'accueil nous dit en souriant, all's good! Elle attendait visiblement qu'on s'en aille en oubliant notre caution. Quand on lui a fait remarquer, elle nous a tendu l'enveloppe, quelle avait sous la main, apparemment, puisqu'elle ne la pas cherchée. Encore un exemple de tentative d'arnaquer les étrangers, ce nest pas la 1ère fois en ce qui nous concerne.
