La verdad que hemos estado muy cómodos y no se oye ruido.

Una habitación pequeña pero muy cómoda y confortable, tiene una bañera magnifica dónde descansar de un día largo, una cama muy cómoda y una mesa donde poder trabajar.

La habitación estaba limpia. Tenia balcón, cafetera y una bañera enorme donde relajarte después de las jornadas de excursiones y caminatas!

The room was very clean and comfortable, there is an elevator also. It just take a bit of a walk to get to the old town

Lugar céntrico y con buenos servicios de autobús muy cerca de la estación, habitación bastante bien para dos personas y camas buenas, salón comedor muy grande con ???? y sofá ????️ de acuerdo al salón…. Si hay tener cuidado con alguna calles de alrededor no es aconsejable pasar por ellas .

My room was on the first floor without a view so it was rather dim and depressing. Good if you’re the kind of traveller who doesn’t like to spend much time in the room. Bath area has no door so don’t stay with a friend unless it’s that kind of relationship. Bed was actually super comfortable and just the right level of firm, lots of great solid pillows too

Habitación súper chula, hemos visto poco personal(solo señora limpieza) y muy agradable. Checkin y entrada portal, pensión y habitación todo por claves. Muy bien.

Réservée pour nos 45 ans de mariage, chambre Menyakos spacieuse, superbement decoree avec salle de bain attenante. Literie parfaite 2m.
Pas de petit déjeuner servi, mais en face petit bistrot qui sert un jus d oranges pressées devant vous délicieux.
Le tout est à recommander fortement

Very nice room, well located close to train station and 15min walking from Guggenheim museum, very clean and quiet.
Good car parking closed with surveleince 5min walking.

The refrigerator did not work and it appears to have been broken for some time. It would have been helpful if management mentioned that in the advertisement. Other than that, pretty good location and overall stay

Hemos estado muy a gusto este fin de semana, tanto que nos quedaremos una noche más. La atención recibida por teléfono en esta segunda reserva ha sido FANTÁSTICA. Una atención magnífica, ágil y agradable.

Booked 4 nights here. There were no instructions to check in emailed to me or on my booking.con profile. There was no one there, even at the specified checkin time. The sheets were dirty and the window coverings that were taped to the window were coming off. The fridge that was in the room didn’t work very well. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We left after one night and didn’t get any refund (which was fine as that was their policy) but buyer beware. We found a better, cheaper (and safer) option and left.

Absolutely amazing stay, the room was very cosy and a great view into the city. The location is perfect and the staff are super polite and friendly. Wish you guys all the success

The two cons are the bed was not comfortable for my standards and the walls are thin.
Other than that if I come back to Bilbao I will stay here.
