Gimnasio, bar, camas queen size o king size, desayuno... Todo está previsto para una estancia satisfactoria.

Disrespectful customer service by supervisors at this property.

Horrible management of
Thursday event. Only one person bartending (doing the best he could) and waited way too long. Finally someone came to help.

Bar had 6 of 8 tap that were empty.

Very basic menu although all food was delicious. French fries tasty.

Market prices crazy. $4 fora small twix bar.

Did not respond to messages sent from Hilton app.

New and rooms are great. Unfortunately it takes them forever to serve breakfast even when only a couple of tables are occupied. Stayed there a few times and it's the same issue every time so will not come back.

Management - Javier Abar and Rick Garcia are totally disrespectful, rude, condescending and liars. Lied to my face and lied to Hilton about my reservation. My reservation was for one King Bed and confirmed. When we walked into our room it was a double bed. When I confronted the hotel manager, he told me that "I" made the changes. I told him I just made the reservations a few hours before my stay. Why would I change my booking? This is when Javier became rude and condescending. Telling me that basically I'm the idiot and I messed up. Told me that I went online and changed my reservation. Well, sir I'm a retired US Army Combat Medic and a Diamond member and I don't need this right now. It's late, I'm tired and just want you to fix this. He went on to literally laugh in my face and say who cares about what you are. Also, he said go ahead and call Hilton Honors, I don't care they will not do anything about it. Well, I did call Hilton Honors and they told me that they were able to see that the manager actually did change my reservation himself.

This new hotel locks their doors so you can’t come in without them opening the doors themselves. Why is there no keypad for the guest to let themselves in? Next door about 30 feet away is a migrant detention housing center at the Ramada Inn with 30-40 men outside doing drugs and getting drunk at all hours of the night. At 3:30 am, My wife and I were woken up to several men severely assaulting another migrant who was yelling for his life. They continued to beat this man’s face in for over a half hour and beating and stomping him almost to death. After a 30 minute beat down, the fire department finally showed up with the cops following 15 minutes later. Cops left with no one in hand cuffs, I felt sick and sad for this guy. I never experience anything like this in Point Loma. There’s your usual homeless around but not gangs of men committing crimes unpunished. I confronted the hotel manager about this incident, he told me who care it's not his problem. I think the safety of his hotel guest are his problem. Also, the air conditioner didn't work which is why we woke up at 3:30 am to my first ever Migrant Beat Down, since we had to open the window and smell cigarettes and weed all night. I confronted a few of the male migrants later that morning and they confirmed that it's a migrant housing hotel. These men are lingering outside the hotel on the sidewalk at all hours of the day and night doing drugs and getting drunk. We didn't sleep for 2 days. Just incase your asking why I didn't change hotel? Since I was attending a fishing convention I had my large truck and all of the Hiltons in that area have small limited parking and most were booked due to Presidents Day.
