Establecido en 2014 con el único propósito de suministrar pan y actuar como bodega para los restaurantes Gjelina y GTA, Gjusta se ha convertido rápidamente en una excelente charcutería . Ofrece buen pan de payés, sándwiches divinos -sobre todo de pastrami-, charcutería fina, pescado ahumado, patatas fritas caseras con parmesano, tablas de verduras a la plancha, pollo asado, zumos de fruta recién exprimidos... En resumen, todo el menú es tan bueno como apetitoso. Puedes llevártelo todo o comer en las mesitas de madera instaladas en el exterior.
