Lasagna is very light and delicious. Pesto pasta is awesome. U like other restaurants that serve pasta, this place has its own authentic flavor. I love their blasamic vinegar.
Pasta Sisters is a real treat and on our list of places to dine at whenever we’re in Culver City. Our kids love it here and their pasta always comes out so good. The never ending bread service is amazing as well. Today we tried the Bottarga, Tomato and Basil topped with burrata, and the Truffle from the Not So Secret menu. We took a tiramisu to go because we were so stuffed. Afterwards we walked our pasta off at a few of the furniture stores within walking distance.
We went to Pasta Sisters for a late dinner last weekend. I really enjoyed the pesto tagliatelle with added burrata cheese on top. My kids liked the lasagna and my husband had the salmon and cherry tomato sauce on tagliatelle which he also enjoyed. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. Service was great. I would highly recommend if you are in the area!
It's all about the great food. Excellent Bolognese, nicely balanced. Not the date or romantic destination one may think though the patio is rather nice if you can get it. Busy times as listed hold true.
Smallest noodle portions for being overpriced, and the worst part was my noodles were hard. Pretty hard to believe a place called pasta sisters can’t even cook pasta.
The vibe of this place is contemporary Italian. There was a long waiting line when I arrived. Seeing 10 people ahead of us I knew we were waiting for at least 45 minutes. But within 15 minutes we were at the billing counter putting in our pasta orders and ready to be seated.
There are many combinations to build using types of pasta and variety of sauces. We tried pesto, porcini and arrabiata with Tagliatelle and Pappardelle. The creaminess in pesto and porcini made the dishes flavorful. Pasta was cooked al dente. They also serve complimentary bread which is extraordinarily soft. Overall a great place to have flavorful pasta in a fast moving setting.
There is parking available in the retail store parking area just behind the restaurant.
I ordered pasta and the dasher named Kev delivered trash and snacks to me. This has never happened to me before I’m not even comfortable using doordash anymore. I work too hard for my money for ppl to be playing games with me. I wish I could show the pics of the stuff. It’s two bags of Doritos, two snack packs or Oreos, frozen veggies and wings and an empty bottle of water. I’m pissed off but I’ll never use this app again for sure.
Love the food here, its always amazing but when I went to go pick up one of the workers made us uncomfortable and he kept staring at us as if we were loitering but we were waiting for our food pickup to be done so like why stare so rudely?
This place came highly recommended and I have to say, the food was mid at best. Flavors were fine, if not a little bland. Textures of everything besides the pasta itself were quite off - the focaccia was more pretzel-like than anything, the salad needed something more exciting, the chicken was overcooked. Overall, quite underwhelming.
One of my must go places in LA. Great pasta, affordable, and owners are a gem. Go to the Culver City location now but first started eating at the small downtown location.
Very lovely establishment with free parking. You pay for your food at the register and then wait for them to prepare it. You pick your pasta then sauce and any add ons. I get the tag something pasta with the cream salmon sauce. Delicious!!!!! I cannot finish it in one meal! The tiramisu is also amazing. I will venture out and try different pasta and sauce combos but I'm sorta stuck on the cream salmon. Enjoy!
had the gnocchi with tomato and basil made vegan. great food but a bit overhyped from the worth it series, probably the lack of butter for the vegan option that left it a bit dry. loved the vibe and service!
