Camera singola, pulita, molto confortevole. Fornito kit di cortesia. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta, letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione. Se mai dovessi tornare a Ginevra, la scelta dell'hotel sarebbe già definita.

Good central location for business trip. However, upon arrival there was a young blond lady at the reception ( maybe a trainee) who is very rude an unprofessional in her approach. This is a very bad image for the hotel. She speaks in a very condascending way and you don’t feel welcome at the hotel. Maybe she d better not work at the reception

The staff in the reception and in the housekeeping department are very kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel ( close to the train station and very cosy).

Sehr laut innen und draussen vom Hotel und auch man hört im Hotelzimmer sogar die alle Geräusche von neben Zimmern Gäste!!! Schlechte Lüftung im Zimmer, wenn das Fenster öffne, dann war es sehr laute Geräusche!!! Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht!!! Das Hotel ist sehr alt, sollte man renovieren überall!!! Der Réception war nur alleine sehr netter Mann gewesen. Ansonsten würde diesen Hotel nur 2 Sterne geben!!! Wir haben bezahlt für 2 Nächte, aber nur eine Nacht übernachtet und ausgecheckt!!! Wir das Geld nicht zurückbekommen!!!!

I can’t understand how this was 4 star. Room 53 at least has not been touched for around 20 years. Bad lighting, broken blind, cracked tiles, was more like a hostel than hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé, agréable, avec un personnel sympathique, très disponible et attentif aux besoins des clients. Seul inconvénient, l'isolation phonique par rapport au bruit de la circulation dans la rue.

Un peu vieillot mais très propre et personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Excellente position en tout cas, à côté de la gare et des bus 60 et 61 pour le Palais des Nations.

La qualité du petit déjeuner a baissé par rapport aux autres années (Même sans se lever tard il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix voir pas de choix). Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre.

We enjoyed staying at Mont Brilliant Hotel. Alain was a an outstanding part of our experience - he was very supportive and helpful during our stay and went to some trouble to answer any questions we had and ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Foyer toll gestaltet, Empfang freundlich. Leider war es das mit den positiven Eindrücken: Das Zimmer entsprach eher 2 Sternen: Kühlschrank extrem laut, Teppich ekelig, Dusche defekt. Frühstück indiskutabel simpel. Rezeption sehr bemüht, aber kann angesichts der Vielzahl der Defizite natürlich auch nichts machen. Wer wie wir angesichts der Fotos und Beschreibungen ein gutes 4*-Sterne erwartet, wird sehr enttäuscht sein. So nicht empfehlenswert.
