I have given an overall rating 9/10, due to the breakfast (it could be certainly improved for a 4-star hotel) and WiFi quality, which one evening could not work on two different smartphones I have had, without any obvious reason. It started working later on and indeed the signal was fine otherwise.
The staff was very helpful with everything, I would certainly rate 10/10 on this matter.

The location is right next to the train station. There are direct buses and trains. You can get to the airport in about 20 minutes, which is very convenient. The apartment must be bypassed in a separate apartment building at the back. The room has a sense of age and has tableware. There is a large cafe downstairs. The staff at the train station is a bit complicated, so be careful if you are too late.The city of Geneva is not big, and the hotel is only a 15-minute walk to Lake Geneva.

The room was a good size but extremely warm due to the air con not functioning properly. There were also layers of dust that clearly had not been removed for a very long time r.g. At the back of the tv and on the plug sockets. Breakfast was only ok with many products running out repeatedly and a very basic range. The renovated lobby gave a nice first impression which unfortunately does not carry through to the rooms. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful .

Accueil sympathique, la chambre située sous les toits est vieillissante (accès par l’extérieur de l’hôtel) la climatisation est HS mais une d’appoint a été mise en place posé sur une chaise à côté du lit, par contre très brouillante et obliger de garder la fenêtre ouverte pour qu’elle fonctionne, avec le bruit environnant de la gare impossible de dormir, donc on arrête la Clim, on ferme les fenêtres et on crève de chaud toute la nuit, si non très très bien situé

Nos dieron una habilitación en el ático, demasiado vieja, aire acondicionado portátil con un tubo horrible que había que sacar por la ventana, tuvimos que tener las ventanas abiertas se lleno el.cuarto de mosquitos, imposible dormir así, una cama.extra estorbo y fea que no necesitábamos, una viga atravesada en el camino para golpearse cada vez que pasamos, pusimos las sillas atravesadas para no golpearse la cabeza, REMODELEN ESAS HABITACIONES O NO LAS

Un hôtel très bien situé près de la gare pour les gens qui viennent en train, un peu plus difficile en voiture. Les chambres sont agréables, le personnel très sympathique et efficace. L'ascenseur est un peu lent au vu du nombre de personnes qui l'utilisent.

Good position. I was able to walk everywhere which I enjoy doing.

In diesem hotel lag unser Zimmer so, dass wir praktisch auf dem Bahnhof wohnten.
Wir haben das Fenster natürlich geschlossen aber das e änderte an den Geräuschen nichts.
Für so viel Geld hätte ich doch eine bessere Unterkunft erwartet.

The hotel is currently under renovation which is great as it’s quite old. The room was old and not exactly clean. Based on the room itself I’d think it’s a 3 star hotel.
The receptions were how we friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and location was excellent, 2 meters from the main train station.

I selected this hotel for the location and the photos and advertisement of air-conditioning , coffee maker, and kitchenette. The staff were very nice and worked to solve the problem of a lack of air-conditioning in our original room #15, with a move to #43. The location was quite convenient. But the advertisement stating the hotel had air-conditioning and in -room coffee and tea was not entirely true. We were moved to Room 43 that had an air-conditioner that did work and a hot pot with instant coffee was provided. However, the AC unit was quite loud and required a large hose to be run out the window which allowed for a lot of train and city noise at night. Also, a coffee maker with real coffee was expected. Finally, the bathroom was renovated, but the shower floor was VERY SLIPPERY -- luckily it had accessible features of hand rails and bars to hold on to. It was also clean and the staff housekeeping was good. It looks like other renovations are happening and this hotel could be quite nice, but the room needs an upgrade with working air-conditioning, more than one electrical outlet.

There was some mistake with allotting me my correct room and the one i did get was just too small but i think the tariff was decreased accordingly. I do believe i would have had a more pleasant stay in the original bigger room- but I am happy with the way the front office/reception people helped me out! I think this is the hotel's biggest strength! And if i have to attend another WHO meeting, i'll stay again with you!

Il y a eu une erreur en m'attribuant ma bonne chambre et celle que j'ai eue était tout simplement trop petite mais je pense que le tarif a été réduit en conséquence. Je pense que j'aurais passé un séjour plus agréable dans la chambre d'origine plus grande, mais je suis content de la façon dont les gens de la réception/de la réception m'ont aidé ! Je pense que c'est la plus grande force de l'hôtel ! Et si je dois assister à une autre réunion de l'OMS, je reviendrai avec vous !
