El Park Hyatt es una pequeña joya situada junto al lago. El hotel cuenta con las habitaciones estándar más grandes de la ciudad, y en su diseño se han seguido los preceptos del feng shui. En todo el hotel se respira una atmósfera de refinada elegancia y pureza. La decoración refleja la esencia misma de Zúrich: urbana pero cercana a la naturaleza. El pequeño Spa es muy agradable. El bar y el restaurante también son recomendables por la calidad de su servicio y sus menús. Una visita obligada para los amantes del lujo.

However, our complaint and dissatisfaction comes in from a completely different angle. As luxurious and plush and comfortable as all of their accommodations may appear, unfortunately Park Hyatt’s management has a dishonest way of meeting some of their financial obligations with vendors in acquiring and selling the luxury they display. And we have been unfortunate enough to find ourselves dealing with that end of their business operation.
So the moral of our review is, trying to look good on someone else’s account is not a good business practice and radiates a corrupt image of your organization. While our business experience may not directly relate to the overall image of this entity but it could certainly tell the consumer a whole lot more about the hotel’s way of conducting business deals that could trickle down to the guest level
