Na ja,haben definitiv mehr erwartet von diesem Lokal bei den Preisen.Service ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.Bestellt haben wir ein Glas Weiswein,Kiwi Saft und einen Kräuter Eis Tee,mit Früchten.Löffel mussten wir allerdings 2mal verlangen.Kiwi Saft kam gar nicht.Nach langem warten,ist jetzt ausgegangen.Der Wein kam sofort,auf die restlichen Getränke haben wir lange,sehr lange gewartet!!!!!

Wir warten hier zum Essen. Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal. Sicherlich sind die Preise höher aber man bekommt auch etwas dafür.

Wenn man also anschliessend in die TONHALLE möchte, müsste man schon um 17.00 h dort sein, sonst wird es sehr knapp !!!!

Very very slow restaurant service tonight. Not acceptable especially for the price charged despite nice waiters trying to help…. Chicken tika masala very poor taste. I do NOT recommend the food -at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, lives up to the Park Hyatt name. We stayed for our wedding, everyone met at the hotel and our photographers walked us from Park Hyatt to our venue across town. The staff here was extremely attentive. Location is easy to walk everywhere in old town.

Great location, friendly staff

Ich verbringe meine Zeit gerne in mondänen Hotellobbys, um dort bei einem Drink zu entspannen. Gestern habe ich das Hyatt besucht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente, der Service und die Qualität haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass moderne Hotels oft nicht den einzigartigen Charme und die Ausstrahlung klassischer 5-Sterne Hotels einfangen können. Dies war auch hier so. Trotzdem ist es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für alle, die Wert auf Komfort und Stil legen.

Had dinner at the lobby restaurant . Excellent attentive service. More on the expensive side but to be expected. Lobby has high ceilings with nice artwork. No pressure about leaving . Great spontaneous place to go to.

Me and my wife had a really great time in Park Hyatt Zurich also because de crew makes us feeling very well especially Fabienne. We already travel to many places but we never faced a treatment like her, so attention and pleased.

We went through some of the reviews from their guests and noticed some good ones on the accommodation and service levels but we also found a good number of bad reviews in these same areas.

However, our complaint and dissatisfaction comes in from a completely different angle. As luxurious and plush and comfortable as all of their accommodations may appear, unfortunately Park Hyatt’s management has a dishonest way of meeting some of their financial obligations with vendors in acquiring and selling the luxury they display. And we have been unfortunate enough to find ourselves dealing with that end of their business operation.

So the moral of our review is, trying to look good on someone else’s account is not a good business practice and radiates a corrupt image of your organization. While our business experience may not directly relate to the overall image of this entity but it could certainly tell the consumer a whole lot more about the hotel’s way of conducting business deals that could trickle down to the guest level
