Es el lujo encarnado. Los artistas que visitan Nápoles suelen alojarse aquí. Y los entendemos: mármol, columnatas y lámparas de araña en cada planta. No hace falta exagerar los superlativos: es sencillamente soberbio. Vea también la espléndida escalera a tiro de piedra de la recepción. Después del Vesuvio, es sin duda el hotel más bonito de la zona. También aquí, la vista del Castel dell'Ovo y de la bahía ha seducido a los más grandes: Alfred Hitchcock y Sir Laurence Olivier, por ejemplo, se alojaron aquí cuando visitaron la capital del sur.

Io penso, che dopo aver pagato 2 biglietti una cifra spropositata, un locale che si rispetti, debba almeno offrire una forma di rimborso equo.
Abbiamo con eleganza siamo andati via e provato in uno dei locali su via caracciolo che egregiamente hanno dimostrato il loro valore.
Per cui....
Mangiatevi una pizza dai tanti ristoratori a via caracciolo, non sarà "in" , ma sinceramente respirerete la vera aria di napoli..... l'accoglienza......
A hotel room is primarily for sleeping. It's too hot to sleep in mid-March. Two attempts to get it fixed, two failures. It's hotter in our room because the extractors of the other (apparently functioning?) air conditioners empty into the courtyard and heat the air coming into the windows of our room (no. 534 in case a review succeeds where all else has failed).
Not remotely as advertised in the online photos, either - there is *no* seating on the terrace. Frankly, if there was, I'd try sleeping there as the hotel is unable to provide sleeping quarters at appropriate temperatures for human beings.
Also, the glue holding the shower gels, shampoos, etc, to the wall keeps failing in the heat, so even if we do manage to doze off that'll wake us.
Absolutely not worth the price, a real shame because the beauty is there.
