I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your hotel, which I believe requires your immediate attention.
On 30th of june 23 ,had made a reservation at your establishment, confirming and paying for it in advance using my credit card. Upon arriving at your hotel, however, I encountered an unexpected situation which deeply upset me. I attempted to contact the hotel staff using the telephone number provided, as well as by repeatedly ringing the bell at the front desk, but received no response. The hotel seemed completely unattended, causing significant inconvenience.
Having no alternative, I was forced to seek accommodation at another hotel, which led to an unanticipated extra expense on my part. This experience not only resulted in financial stress, but it also caused me considerable distress and uncertainty.
Under these circumstances, I believe it is only fair and reasonable to ask for a full refund of the amount I initially paid for the reservation. Moreover, I would appreciate it if your team could conduct an investigation into this incident to prevent any recurrence in the future.
I hope that my unfortunate experience is an exception rather than the standard practice at your establishment. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and believe in your commitment to provide excellent customer service.
