Worst experience in Napoli ever, the waiter was so arrogant and rude, the food is overpriced, not recommended

Plus: The owner is really racist, saying food is overpriced doesn’t mean I can’t afford it but means the poor little mussel and the horrible service doest not worth the price.

We ordered over 70 euros of food for two person, even though we didn’t enjoy the food we still tried to buy a pasta for take away before we leave, just to give it another chance.
YET after calling for 6 time neither the waiter not the owner came.

We also tried to ask for the dessert we ordered after meal, which also wasn’t served, and they have the ball to ask for service fee.

If you can’t afford proper food and service, just go outside and beg for some changes, it’s probably easier that way.

And by the way, try to look at your customer’s eye and complain in English rather than just mumble in Italian knowing that they don’t understand.

Such a disgrace to Napoli????
