味は美味しいけど、コスパは良くないです。
あとスタッフによって対応の仕方が違うので、安いお店ならいいですが、高級店なら対応を統一してほしいです。

あと窓側の席ですが、景色は全く良くなかったです w 夏はテラスがあるのでいいのかもですが！

1人のスタッフがアジア人差別的な感じがしたので、気分は良くなかったです。

Cozy and nice place if you want something more private. Unfortunately they don't serve food in the terrace area during winter, which honestly speaking isn't that cold in Napoli. They do have bar service outside however when you can enjoy a nice view over the castle and rest of Naopli.

Wonderful waiter. Very good food but the fish crudo at eur 80 was overpriced as the sea bream didn't have an interesting taste. The tuna, shrimps and prawns were amazing.

Elegance abounds on this beautiful rooftop restaurant. The staff were superb and extremely helpful. The food was first class and only matched by the wonderful views of the bay and surrounding area.

We enjoyed the view and the service, and were expecting the food would be good too. Instead it was very very bland, it wasn’t bad but it was just tasteless. It turns out very pricy for what it offered food wise.

Die Reservierung war in meinem Fall sehr schwierig, dafür waren wir umso begeisterter von der Aussicht und dem Service vor Ort. Die Vorspeisen und das Dessert waren im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen okay, aber das Hauptgericht war fantastisch.
Unser Kellner Salvatore war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und gab uns gute Empfehlungen. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und es war sehr angenehm, Salvatore an unserer Seite zu haben, der uns ab und zu ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zauberte.

Siamo accolti stupendamente da un servizio attento, iniziamo con champagne propostoci e non richiesto, scegliamo piatti alla carte, che il maitre ci consiglia di arricchire con altre pietanze. I piatti restano mediocri eccezionale la location ed il servizio. Carissimo

Great view, mediocre food. Service is good and follows classic high standard, but apart from the view I would not recommend. The food was rather uninspiring geared towards luxury for the sake of luxury, but bland and tasteless.

Eccellente è dire poco, luogo incantevole, con vista sul Castel dell'Ovo, Borgo marinaro,Vesuvio sullo sfondo. Ambiente signorile,elegante,con arredamento ricercato.La responsabile degli eventi,Signora Daniela,ha dimostrato professionalità, disponibilità, competenza ,simpatia e accoglienza. Molta attenzione è stata posta alle molteplici esigenze alimentari( intolleranze e abitudini alimentari, allergie , patologie specifiche ), Personale attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
Il tutto collabora a farti sentire "UN RE"

Ho organizzato un party al Caruso roof garden ed è stato un grande successo: il cibo, il servizio, la location. Tutto è stato perfetto e apprezzato da tutti gli ospiti. La preparazione e’ stata curata dalla event manager Daniela Lombardi. Una persona estremamente professionale ed attenta ai dettagli oltre che super cordiale e disponibile. Basta affidarsi a lei e ai suoi consigli ed il gioco è fatto. Una particolare nota di merito è la capacità nel gestire intolleranze alimentari per gli ospiti in maniera eccezionale. Per eventi a Napoli non avrei dubbi a riscegliere questo posto.

My wedding party has been arranged here by the event organisation team of the hotel. That has been the most exciting and stress-free event of my life. Daniela and Nicoletta took care of every single detail and provided professional advice while respecting our choices and preferences. The service at the restaurant has been simply perfect with no flaws at all. If I tried to find any imperfection, I would fail. Professional, discrete, and caring. The whole event has been supervised by the event coordination team, which ensured perfect timing: the right time for each dish, the right breaks in between, and the right longer breaks for enjoying our time together. Our guests were astonished and speechless. Terrace and location have been the perfect context for a perfect day. Thanks Daniela and the whole Caruso and Vesuvio staff!
