Cerca del centro histórico y a un paso de la Galería Estense, este hotel es muy conveniente para aquellos que van con coche (aparcamiento gratuito). Las habitaciones están amuebladas de forma diferente: algunas son bastante modernas y otras un poco anticuadas, pero todas comparten el mismo confort y la calidad de las instalaciones. El personal es amable y el desayuno muy completo, con zumo de naranja recién exprimido. El establecimiento también cuenta con un bar, además de un restaurante de cocina persa, un buen cambio de la gastronomía italiana.

Molto ben posizionato per visitare la città, al limitare del centro storico pochi passi da palazzo dei musei, 10 minuti a piedi da piazza grande, 15 dalla stazione. Pulito, camera abbastanza standard, super calda. Per me il letto era molto scomodo, troppo duro e cuscino duro e sottile. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale, nettamente e inspiegabilmente più freddo della stanza. La manutenzione non era accuratissima: mattonelle rotte, tavoletta del water rotta, soffione doccia che perdeva, ma da un 3 stelle me lo aspetto. Ottima colazione con molta varietà sia dolce che salata. Sala colazione piccola ma il personale ha fatto il possibile per non fare attendere nessuno.

The hotel choices in Modena are not that extensive. So I decided to book this hotel, as it was in the mid price section and located next to the city center. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was very tiny, which I was not pleased of. Furthermore some things were not working anymore or run down. I tried to turn on the aircon, but it didn’t work. During the night I opened the window instead for some fresh air. The bathroom was old and the shower cabinet was broken. Another thing I didn’t like was the blanket they used, which consisted of a bed sheet and some weired fabric blanket, which I hope that this is getting washed for every new guest. One last thing I was not happy about is the check out time of 10:30h in the morning. Upon request they let my stay until 11:00h, which is ridiculous. As a conclusion I have to say, that the location of the hotel is ok, but almost nothing else. I didn’t have breakfast as I usually don’t do so.

It was okay, I think I got my moneys' worth, but I wouldn't bring the wife. ;) The bed was tiny though I do admit taking the cheapest room. Parking is generous for a centrally located hotel by Italian standards.
