Una dirección del centro de la ciudad que no necesita presentación. El bistró 1905 se ha convertido en un restaurante con cierta clase, sin llegar a ser demasiado pretencioso. La calidad de la comida sigue siendo excelente, al igual que la amabilidad del servicio. El chef hace maravillas con pescado muy fresco: carnes a la parrilla, raviolis y pasta rellena, pescado en costra o filetes, todo ello acompañado del inevitable aceite de oliva local y aceitunas de la región. Por último, no falta la bodega.
