Gute Zimmer für diesen Preis, der Service ist auch nicht schlecht und der Hottel liegt fast in der Mitte von Berlin. Ich würde euch nicht raten irgendetwas in die Steckdose hinter dem Fernseher zu stecken da, das Licht ganz ausgehen kann.

The rooms are very big and there is plenty of room. The bathroom is just fine and everything is hygenic. The service was good and friendly. The breakfast was more than sufficient and all the basics were there. The rooms were a bit outdated though, but that's okay. They even made the bed when we left. I would reccomend to stay here

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp wenn man es unkompliziert, gemütlich und gut gelegen haben möchte. Die Ubahn ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter*innen sind wirklich nett und hilfsbereit!
Zimmer top sauber und ausreichend für einen Städtetrip.
Gerne wieder!

部屋は広いのですが、何しろ設備が古いし手入れがちゃんとされていないのが残念でした。サービスもアメニティも最低限ですが、スタッフは親切です。
あまり清潔さなど気にしない方には良いホテルだと思います。

We stayed there for one full week, last week. It was an overall good experience, though there are few notes worth mentioning. We stayed in the 3 people room, and we payed around 800€ for the whole trip. Elevator is only available mid staircase and isn’t connected directly to the lobby and unfortunately doesn’t reach the 5th floor. Breakfast was an additional 10€ per night, though we were pretty sure our reservation was made breakfast included. (a note for management: please specify more efficiently on your website these notes, as we found these very crucial during our stay). The view was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and spacious and was mostly kept tidy when asked to. One final thing, it truly isn’t necessary for you to ask a guest that spent over 500€ for an additional 3€ if we need to keep the bags after checkout. It really isn’t worth fussing your customer for such a small amount after staying a long week with you. We recommend it for people that like a rustic and traditional touch. Definitely note a hotel for modern and high tech people though.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit genug Platz für 3 Personen. Gemütliche Betten waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Rezeption war von morgens bis spät abends besetzt, in Ausnahmefällen wurde man darüber informiert. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Hotel sind wir oft zu Fuß in den Tag oder in die Nacht gestartet oder aber mit der nahegelegenen U-Bahn oder dem Bus.

Αρκετά καλό ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό, ζεστό και άνετο. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική στο κέντρο του πρώην Δυτικού Βερολίνου. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, με διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και να κάνουν την διαμονή μας ακόμη καλύτερη.

I strongly discourage booking at this place. The low ceilings are uncomfortable for anyone taller than 170 cm. The stairs posed a significant challenge for my elderly mother. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, my request was refused. What's worse, when I raised concerns about the high stairs, their response was, "Why didn't you read the reviews?" Additionally, the rooms were cramped, old, and lacked comfort. I received a 25% discount voucher after payment, but it was rendered useless as my booking was already confirmed. Sound insulation is poor, making it easy to hear neighbors. The breakfast consistently fell short, and staff, though friendly, couldn't compensate for the overall lacking quality. Considering the high cost, it's advisable to invest in a 4-star hotel for a more pleasant stay. To top it off, I was asked to pay 3 euros per person for luggage storage until 5 pm upon check-out, which felt like an unreasonable request after spending nearly 500 euros for a 2-night stay. The only positive aspect was the location. Overall, a regrettable experience, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Top gelegen und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Es ist ein älteres Altstadthotel mit Charme. Frühstück kann man spontan dazu buchen > was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber es war alles da was man braucht.

We loved safestay!! We ended up extending another night. It is close to everything you want to see in Berlin as well as the train and several good restaurants such as Restaurant Elefant. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. If you plan to do laundry they have service where they do it for you.

Room was basic which I chose. Good location. Buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty for an extra €10.90. Staff pleasant. I would recommend it.

Ein sehr tolles Hotel mit einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. In wenigen Fußminuten erreicht man die U-Bahnstation, das KaDeWe und eine zahlreiche Auswahl an Essmöglichkeiten.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (Vierbettzimmer) und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird (Badezimmer, Handtücher, Wasserkocher, Tassen, TV, WLAN, Tresor, etc.).
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für das Hotel ist für die hoteleigene Tiefgarage, die gegen einen Aufpreis dazu gebucht werden kann!

Das war's aber leider schon
Die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie im Internet,
Nichts für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Kinderwagen
Der Fahrstuhl endet immer zwischen zwei Etagen und beginnt zwischen Erdgeschoss und der ersten
Das Personal hat nicht mal geholfen meinen Kinderwagen hoch zu tragen und mir lieber beim schleppen zugesehen
Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt
Eine Steckdose ging nicht, mir wurde versprochen dass ein Elektriker kommt... Tat er nicht
Sie wollen Geld für die Kofferaufbewahrung Und zwar 3€ pro Koffer!!
Das Frühstück ist seine 9€ so überhaupt nicht wert Kaum Auswahl und schon gar nichts für laktoseintolerante oder so
Die Rezeption ist im Frühstücksraum Was unglaublich stört
Oh und die Zimmer sind soo hellhörig dass man denkt der Nachbar läuft einem durchs Bett
Und das trotz Zimmer am Ende des Flurs
Die Matratzen sind so dermaßen durchgelegen
und die Betten rutschen auseinander
Die Eincheckzeit ist für 15 Uhr auch zu spät für mich
Leider Das Haus hätte echt Potential
