If you're constantly on the move like me and seeking a hotel that offers the warmth of home comfort, you must try this one. Each room is designed as a small suite without exaggeration, with everything you need carefully considered. Park Suit Hotel offers the elegance and comfort of a condo, making it a perfect place to stay. Plus, its central location downtown allows you to explore the city without needing room service or cooking in your own kitchen. It's also within walking distance of the city's finest cafes and restaurants, making it truly special.
We had a lovely stay here, the staff were friendly and attentive, the beds were comfy, the decor was quite nice. Really, really good value for the price. Would definitely return !!!
Parc Suites Hotel is at the top of my list at places to stay when in Montreal. Greeted with friendly staff & service at every visit. Always making sure we have everything we need. Beautiful large clean rooms with comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. When it comes to location this hotel is perfectly situated amongst grocery stores, restaurants…all in walking distance. Definitely a hotel I will continue to stay at every time I’m in Montreal.
I was a little skeptical of this place when I saw its exterior integrated with a wallpaper shop. That all quickly changed once I saw the inside: the apartments are spacious with full-on kitchenettes, and quite comfortable. The front staff are very lovely and eager to help. I would definitely come back here again.
We stayed here in 2012 and we stayed I believe 3 times. It will be the only place we ever stay if we ever get back to Montreal. It’s a really nice boutique hotel. Torgay is the most respectful owner. He goes out of his way to treat everyone well and again very nice and respectful. We hope one day to see him again. 5 stars.
Great value, friendly staff. Might look a little undesirable on the outside, but is nice inside. Walkable neighborhood. The parking is tucked behind the building, so it's best to drop off your bags before parking.
It's a pretty good hotel with fairly spacious rooms and a balcony. It's in an old building with no elevators though.
Location is pretty convenient. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in the street. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy story right around the corner.
However, please note, the street has many homeless people right outside and a strong stench of marijuana in the air.
The parking is in an alley behind the street and costs $20 per night. Also they charge a pet fee of $30 per night.
Room was clean and large enough for our family. Didn't love the "extra" charge for my kids. But affordable rooms for a family of 5 are not easily found. Front desk was kind and helpful. The parking area is a little sketchy at night.
Although spacious with kitchen stove fridge etc and good sized beds the ( a king and pull out queen) the beds were both not the greatest in comfort. Ok for a night. Also, a little disconcerting finding the smoke alarms in the drawer of the desk and seeing the empty place for them on the ceiling . I would probably park elsewhere if I had to again (the onsite parking is at the back of the building outside in an alley ). Not really convenient to get to so if you find indoor parking that is similar in price (was charged $20 in summer of 2023) I would go that way . Not against staying here again, but also not necessarily going to go out of my way to either .
Horrible service and location. I called when I was 10 mins away to book a room based on 4.5 review. 10 mins later I pulled up, there was no plus to park or even stand while I checked in. I am a single mom with 4 small children and there were homeless people all over the place outside. I did not feel safe and called to cancel TEN MINUTES after booking and they refused to give me any money back. Horrible service and extremely horrible location. Nothing but greed!
My family and I spent an overnight stay at Parc Suites Hotel for our first-ever visit to Montréal. Before checking in, the warm hospitality was immediately felt when I had spoken to a representative over the phone for basic inquiry! We were thoroughly helped and cared for throughout our stay! The rooms were very neat, organized, and comfortable, the washroom was also very clean, and they have a very reliable free Wi-Fi service. With a safe and convenient on-site parking location, the price was very reasonable and affordable! The hospitality at Parc Suites Hotel and the neat rooms made us feel relaxed and at home! The location is also very convenient as all the major tourist attractions are within a 15-20 minute radius from this hotel! 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Montréal! A very warm thank you to the team at Parc Suites Hotel for providing us with a very safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay! :)
Five stars on the location. Very near to Mont Royal and walking distance to Notre Dame basilica. Metro station, grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby.
Five stars on staff service, very attentive and helpful staff. Farhad was awesome as a host.
The building is pretty old, rooms, specially the bathrooms were really small (4 feet or so wide). This could be an issue if you are bigger in size or are travelling with lots of luggage.
There are no elevators, gotta pull luggage up and down using stairs. But the staff does help in this matter.
The neighbourhood is a bit shady however, people living on the sidewalk, pan handling, etc.
"Call me anytime. 24 hours a day" said the owner (Turguy) when I called to make the reservation. What a great first impression and the experience just got better from there. I'm so happy I found this amazing hotel for my five night stay. It has so much to offer, an incredible location right in the heart of Montreal, spotlessly clean rooms with every ammenity - all at a reasonable price. Kind, friendly staff provide service with a smile. Turguy has created the best small hotel in Montreal, where value and service are top priority. Cannot recommend more highly. Five Stars! P.S It's also pet friendly.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming! We booked a studio, but were upgraded to a suite. The rooms are clean and the bed is cozy. I’d definitely stay here again
