Su restaurante, el Bistro West Brome, ofrece un menú que cambia con las estaciones y las novedades, acompañado de una magnífica carta de vinos. Servicios: balneario, piscina cubierta, jacuzzi exterior, sauna finlandesa, gimnasio, rutas de senderismo (raquetas de nieve disponibles en invierno). El spa y el bistró están abiertos a todos. I visited the Bistro with friends for a birthday celebration and was impressed from start to finish.
Camille greeted and seated us at a table of our choice. She had an extensive knowledge of their wine list which was helpful in starting our experience.
Christopher walked us through the menu options for the evening. His attention to detail and attentiveness are noteworthy.
I had the table d'au with the Chef's suggestions - prosciutto wrapped feta with nuts as an appetizer, the wild kangaroo entree, and an orange cream Brule for dessert. Wow! I asked and was allowed to go to the kitchen to meet and thank the Chef for orchestrating such a culinary experience. My understanding is he does the kangaroo 3 or 4 times a year.
The Bistro is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I highly recommend a visit.
