Construido en 1849 en el corazón del pueblo, el Auberge Knowlton es el establecimiento hotelero más antiguo de los Cantones de la Este. Además, está a 20 minutos de las pistas de esquí del monte Orford y cerca de la Ruta del Vino. El restaurante Le Relais sirve especialidades regionales, como el famoso pato del lago Brome. Cabe destacar que en la reserva de una habitación encontrarás un 10% de descuento en la mesa de huéspedes o el plato principal de la noche en el restaurante del albergue.

We were left to our selves and when asking if certain things were available we received a sharpe NO, not no sorry or offered an alternative, just no!
There were 4 of us and we all felt that we were not welcome at all.
I have been visiting Knowlton for 17 years and never been treated like this at this venue. In this economy I would have thought a little more care would be taken but alas not according to Jen.
We had made a reservation for brunch and it took almost 40 minutes before getting our food. There were people at 2 tables besides ours, restaurant was pretty empty. Food was extremely dissapointing. My french toast came with very dry bread barely any egg mixture around it. Very very dry and no taste. The toast were very dry as well, the fries had no taste. I will not go back to this place. I have experienced far better in the area for a lower price.
