Le lit , la literie était très propre et confortable, le foyer est agréable
La suite s’est poursuivie avec Stéphanie B au restaurant le Rok. Une nourriture incroyable bien présentée et expliquée par notre serveuse. Merci encore Stéphanie!
Nous avons également mangé au restaurant Le Voilier et le tout était succulent incluant les déjeuners avec une grande variété de choix.
La chambre était plus que parfaite et confortable, et nous avons profité de notre SPA privé sur notre terrasse.
Dans l’ensemble, un gros 5 étoiles ⭐️
Les chambre sont belles. Pas grand chose a proximite. Spa agreable.
The receptionist that took care of us (Joliane) was super professional and got things done. We had a little issue with the fireplace not lighting up and her and her supervisor got it fixed very shortly after mentioning it. We were also able to make requests via text and the response time was once again amazing! What a great feature.
Julia at the bar was also lovely and professional. I highly recommend this place for your next trip if you want to relax, eat well and enjoy a nice view within reach of Montreal.
My husband and I booked a stay for the first time with Esterel resort for our honeymoon in February and despite being quite pleased with a lot of the amenities esterel resort had to offer, the room was highly unliveable.
There was a rumbling noise that sounds like some machine starting up (perhaps a heating unit) that went off EVERY MINUTE our entire stay. We were unable to sleep the entire night, which was very disappointing as, with two young children at home, we were looking forward to this getaway for a very long time.
I went to the front counter to address the situation and was told to send an email with the recording attached and I did. I also highly recommend visiting the room themselves to see how loud it is.
I sent this email and received no response. Nothing.
We ended up leaving earlier than we had intended as, following having to endure that the entire night, the sound was making it unbearable to stay in the room even in the morning.
As I said, we are very disappointed that after spending so much money to stay at this resort and having enjoyed almost every other aspect of our stay, that our entire experience was so soured by this.
Over a month later and esterel resort didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email. I suppose they were just waiting for us to leave and then ignore us.
This left me no choice but to leave this review.
Tout était parfait mise a part le choix musical dans les resto … Cave à vin et restaurant. La clientèle étant toutes des couples avec une ambiance de musique rock des années 80 ???? j’hais pas ça mais pas pour un week-end romantique ????
J’avais hâte de finir de manger et d’aller dans notre chambre c’était zéro romantique sans charme. Dommage pour un week-end en amoureux
