Mise appart la rouille sur les pentures de porte de salle de bain ,une très mauvaise qualité de fonctionnement des pommes de douche..un ventilateur s.bain presque boucher ???? le reste sa va ????

Beautiful hotel to stay at. Quaint small town with suprinsigly great ammeneties. It is worth it to come during crab fishing season!

My recent stay at Riôtel Matane on March 8th showcased both the highs and lows of hotel experiences. The location is undeniably the hotel's crowning jewel, offering picturesque views that promise serenity and a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness and comfort of our room were up to par, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration.

A significant highlight was the staff's exemplary service. Their willingness to assist, coupled with genuine warmth, added a personalized touch to our stay, making us feel well-taken care of throughout.

However, not everything met our expectations. The hotel's Jacuzzi, one of the amenities we were particularly looking forward to, was closed, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. Both the seafood coquille au gratin and the shrimp linguini we ordered were unremarkable, failing to live up to our anticipation of a memorable meal. Furthermore, the pricing of beverages seemed steep, with local tap beer priced at $11 a pint, which we found to be on the higher side.

In conclusion, while the Riôtel Matane excels in hospitality and location, there are areas that require attention, particularly the dining experience and the availability of all advertised amenities. Our stay was pleasant overall, thanks to the staff's dedication, but improvements in the aforementioned aspects could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I would cautiously recommend Riôtel Matane to those visiting the area, with the advice to explore local dining options and to check in advance on the availability of amenities like the Jacuzzi.

Deux points à améliorer pour avoir un 5/5:
- le café au resto est plutôt moyen ;
- certains prises de courant sont défectueuse (trop lousses).

J ai vraiment été bien reçu .Le calme et l ambiance ma permis de me reposer.
